I've been using this pharmacy for about 5 years and I love it! The owners and staff are courteous and really care! You get treated like a real human being not a prescription number. Their delivery lady is super kind and friendly. They all give you 110% to make your experience a good one!

This is the best pharmacy in Prescott! Are you tired of waiting in line and waiting on hold? Don't you have better things to do with your time? Come and experience the best. Thumb Butte Pharmacy is professional, helpful, fast, and reliable. I have no personal relationship to the Pharmacy, just another happy customer.

I LOVE this pharmacy!!! They’re super fast on getting my prescriptions filled and the people there are very nice. There is no way that I can go back to a chain pharmacy after experiencing the awesomeness of this pharmacy. Seriously, you will not regret switching.

My husband and I love Thumb Butte Pharmacy! We’ve never had such excellent service from a pharmacy . Pedram, the pharmacologist and his staff always follow up on doctors’ prescriptions needing to be filled - even when doctors’ office staff drop the ball. And he’s so knowledgeable  - if you have a question about Rx or OTC meds he provides the information immediately. I’ll never go back to supermarket and large chain pharmacies ever!

The BEST. Over the years, other pharmacies around Prescott and Prescott Valley have been down right rude, out of the medication I  was prescribed monthly, and even given me the wrong medication more than once. None of these issues at Thumb Butte. Always have what I need when I need it. And friendly! Even tho I have to drive to town they also deliver! I won't go anywhere else!

Such nice and helpful people. If you value customer service this is the pharmacy to use.  Free delivery is a big plus

Thumb Butte Pharmacy personnel are friendly, intelligent, & efficient. Parking is easy and there are never long lines or waits. The pharmacist always has excellent comments & researches to get you the best price & assortment  of products. Love this place!

I have been going to Thumb Butte Pharmacy for 6 years. I would never go anywhere else, the staff is excellent, but Ped the Pharmacist is exceptional, he treats patients with dignity, integrity and respect, he has empathy and you know and feel he cares about his customers. I really appreciate Thumb Butte Pharmacy.

Best pharmacy experience I've had anywhere.  Really.  Pedrum and his staff are always prompt, courteous and professional.  They will go out of their way to assure you get the best deal available.  Another benefit I have not used yet, they will deliver your order if you need.  I'm very pleased that my doctor recommended Thumb Butte Pharmacy.
