My experience with Thunderbolt Electric was great! Anthony arrived on time, quickly diagnosed and repaired the electrical issues I had, and was also very courteous. He patiently answered all questions I had about current and future work I was interested in. Job well done!
Had a great experience with Thunderbolt Electric! Anthony was polite and efficient. He answered all our questions and then some! All repairs done and cleaned up in a timely manner!
I had a short term rental breaker "emergency" emergency to me...not an actual life or limb emergency resulting in a loss of power to the unit right before a check in. I sort of panicked. I wish I could remember who I talked to the phone because she was so kind, calm and professional even though I was anxious and probably mildly obnoxious on the phone. She was so understanding, and she got an electrician to my property in less than 1 hour! When he arrived, Craig had a confident serenity about him. He was friendly but worked quickly. He explained my problem in a way I could understand and had it repaired in no time. I really felt cared for as a customer and a human. In a world where everything seems to be getting standardized and automated sometimes, these kind people at Thunderbolt electric really stand out! I am truly thankful for this amazing, compassionate customer experience.
I called Thunderbolt Electric this morning to ask about an electrical problem I was having. The receptionist said they would send someone today to check out my problem. Anthony, the electrician, came found my problem and fixed it in a a timely manner. I was very pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism. If another problem should arise, I will be sure to call Thunderbolt Electric.
We had work done in our home over a year ago. We had a few repairs to be done and at the same time wanted light dimmers installed in two rooms. We noticed over the holidays that our ceiling fan light was having issues every time we turned the light on. I called to see if they could come and look at the light to determine if we had another issue. The serviceman came on time, as it turns out was the original serviceman looked at the light and determined we were using the wrong bulbs. He replaced the bulbs, explained what we needed to purchase in the future and didn't charge us a fee!!! Such great service and a quality job! We will always call when we have any electrical needs! They cared and put the customer first. Thank you!!
Craig came out to my house early in the morning for our appointment. He showed up on time and I explained my issue. I moved into this new place and the attic fan wasn't working. It made the whole house a sweatbox, so I knew I needed to get it fixed. This guy crawled up in my attic and replaced the attic fan motor and even wired the switch with a timer. I was so happy. That day was the first day in months that my house wasn't an easy bake oven. It was hardly a clean job. Craig was dirty and sweaty, but the guy did what needed to be done and he didn't complain about it. He was a pro. Thanks to you Craig and Thunderbolt for keeping me cool. Keep up the good work!
