All of our in-house smoked meats are flavored with our own blends of seasonings and hand crafted sauces for a real taste of what Carolina BBQ is all about.
The founders of TickleMyRibs opened the doors with the idea of making traditional Carolina BBQ with a new modern twist. We started by creating our own signature meat rubs and seasonings and by firing up the hickory wood smokers. Then we created 4 different types of BBQ sauces so that people from all over the Carolinas could enjoy our BBQ in their own preferred style. Then we created an assortment of Southern sides that complimented our BBQ perfectly.
But all that doesn't add up to what BBQ is really about. You can't serve BBQ without that feeling of family and community. So we created a positive culture that includes our Hometown Heroes program and our athletic program, as well as being an active sponsor in many community events. So not only can you feel good about what you're eating, you can feel great about what you're supporting.
