Walked in and the first person to greet me was Sydney. First off she is absolutely stunning, then on top of that she’s super professional and very knowledgeable. She suggested the perfect shampoo for my ragged hair, now it’s shiny and soft. I got my hair colored and cut that day as well. Tiffany and Sydney knocked it out of the park. So much attention to detail!! I left with SO much more self confidence and feeling sassy!!! This will be my go to place from here on out.Services: Braids
I’m not review person but felt compelled to leave a review. I have curly hair so I’m always anxious about who cuts and styles my hair. Tiffany’s was recommended to me by friend and I booked an appointment. Man, Desi did the damn thing. I LOVE how she cut my hair. It was evident how passionate she is about her craft and she took great pains to explain what she was doing and why something was better for my hair. I wasn’t quite able to describe what I wanted but she was still able visualize and shape what I wanted into reality. Definitely going back.
I’m new to the area, but fell in LOVE with this place. The atmosphere is great, and honestly that’s a huge part of a salon, and the ladies are fantastic. Desi turned an idea into a masterpiece with my hair and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve had many different hairstylists over the years but I am please and happy with Desi! Honestly everyone is so friendly, with the clients and each other, no catty or tension-filled appointments here! Their product selection is fantastic and the stylists and front desk are very knowledgeable about it all too!! I always feel so relaxed and beautiful after an appointment, something that’s hard to achieve as a SAHM of boys! Love love Tiffany’s and I recommend it to everyone!Services: Blowouts
Came here for a bang trim and have never been so disappointed. I showed many photos of what my bangs looked like when I got them done, and the stylist agreed she could do it. Once she cut them they were very uneven and had a gap in the middle. When I pointed it out she blamed it on my cowlick, which was never ever a problem with my bangs before. I also had to ask her to trim the face framing pieces of my bangs because she left them entirely untouched. Once I got home and tried to style them I was simply disgusted. Choppy, uneven, boxy…? They do not look right no matter what I do. I believe she was rushing to do my hair because she double booked and had another girl waiting for her appointment at the same time as mine. I reached out and the person I spoke to agreed to have me come in to get them fixed. But then she asked me to have a card on file to make the appointment which I found odd because a. this is a haircut I already paid for that they are supposed to fix and b. I did not even give a card on file for my original appointment. Anyways, once I agreed to that, she never got back to me, never confirmed the appointment or followed up. Not sure which is worse — their haircuts or their customer service. I had to resort to disputing the charge with my bank, since I have to pay someone else to fix what they absolutely BOTCHED. I wouldn’t let my arch enemy come to this salon.
I’ve been going here for 5 years and I will not go anywhere else! The talent that exists here tops even Nashville in my opinion. I used to live in the DC, MD, VA area and have spent over $500+ on my color services only to walk out with my hair splitting off in droves and my blonde looking brassy quickly. I am so grateful for the Tiffany gals! They have transformed my hair. I get compliments on it every single day. My hair is a walking billboard for Tiffany’s thanks to Desi and the team. I go weekly for blowouts and get treated like family. They are seriously the kindest and warmest people I could ever ask for in a hair salon. I never want to move away because I love this place so much
I would definitely not recommend this place. The customer service is non existent. I went in for a simple balayage and root touch up. She quoted me 400$ my hair is chest length and we did not use olaplex. I had light roots that I wanted to match the the dome of my head.. the middle and bottom part of my hair, the ends was a lighter brown when I came in. After showing her inspo pics she made me feel confident in her work to have this done today. All was well until she washed and tones my hair. Upon drying I asked her where the blonde went and she said it would lighting up when dried. I went up to pay and she had tipped herself 50$ and when I asked her why the total wasn’t 400$ like we agreed on she stated she deserved the tip because she gave me a free haircut. I went back the next day to ask if it could be fixed. She told me I would have to talk to the manager who was not in. And when she would be in she would be to busy. She rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Later coming back to get my name and number .. without hearing from anyone I called at the end of the day and my phone number had been blocked. I went to social media and I was also blocked from contacting anyone at Tiffany’s regarding my hair or time to speak with the owner. I’m regards to this comment I was not rude.. I even apologized to the lady at the front desk for being emotional had a miscarriage the night before that I explained to my hair dresser I did not do anything but ask someone if they were miss Tiffany and when she said no I said thank you You an owner never talked once to me and never called to hear my side. I was never rude and never rolled my eyes or threw my hands up like your staff did And I know it’s on camera She did tip herself if we agreed on the services being 400$ she charged me 450$ and told me she deserved that tip. I called early in hopes to avoid a busy salon and possible talk to a manager who never called a customer back. You personally never talked to me. I’m sorry you who I never got the chance to speak with think I’m rude . Probably why you have 4.3 stars maam. Customer service is trashy
Wow! I don't even know where to begin. My daughter and I have been going to Dani for bang trims since December but I finally decided it was time to put full trust in her and get my hair cut and Colored. I have severe hair anxiety from past experiences in town and it was so refreshing to just be able to put full trust into Dani and let her do her thing. I didn't have to really tell her what I wanted color wise other than to try to keep it close to what I already had. She absolutely killed it with my hair and I'm so incredibly happy with it. She gave me so much confidence back and I'm over the Moon happy with my hair. After getting my hair done I did ask a question about my grey hairs not getting covered and I asked if next time we could try something else to see about getting them covered. She quickly messaged me back and said that it was her mistake that it wasn't covered and offered to bring me back in and have it corrected at no cost. Not once did I think it was a mistake and definitely did not expect her to offer to "fix" it for free. The level of professionalism and care she has for her clients is amazing. It's truly hard to find someone who takes this much pride in their work. I cannot thank Dani enough. She is truly an amazing person.Services: Haircut

The world needs more people like Kristy that take the time to truly bring happiness to someone from the passion they have for what they do it shines through in Kristy’s work for sure! Love it! Excited to see more work from Kristy in the future. Amazing hair massage and once again the time Kristy took was definitely not overlooked. Kristy is an asset to this salon without a doubt.
Desi completed a color correction for me, came in on her day off and did a phenomenal job! Exceeded my expectations. I had an amazing experience from start to finish and honestly don't know if I have ever been treated more kindly than I was here. Amazing work and customer service!! Desi worked her magic and saved my hair
i've been going to this salon for a little over 3 years now , there aren't any places near me that i trust with doing my hair so i always travel to clarksville an hour away from home in order to have my hair done . things seem to go well each time but supposedly the staffs have had multiple complaints about me yet rather than address me about them , just discussed it amongst themselves until they decided to no longer service me with absolutely no warning in advance & no chance to resolve any conflicts . i have a very , very important trip in a little over a week & i have been trying to get in for an appointment for my hair for longer than a week now . the communication is severely lacking , the responses given were misleading & confusing . . going back & forth between seeming like we would be able to get an appointment . i have been trying to get an appointment since june 9th & was not told until the 14th that they would no longer service me . my family has been trying to contact them about why or try to resolve conflict but as stated previously , the communication is just not there . . i am lucky to receive a message back days later . the most recent advancement that was made was being told that i would be contacted on the 17th , it is now the 19th & our calls are being declined & messages ignored . i have a total of three days to find a new salon that can do my hair , as i have other appointments to make before my trip . a little more communication could have saved me the trouble of being in such a stressful situation but it simply was not there . the people who work at this salon are talented , & i enjoyed going there up until this point . . i understand not being able to service everyone , but i advise against going here solely for the lack of communication & professionalism . a stylist also lied to my face very recently , telling me multiple times that it was okay that i had changed my mind about an appointment & then supposedly telling all of the other staffs that she was actually really p!ssed off that i did not go through with it ? communicating honestly with your customers should not be so hard & it shows such a huge lack of professionalism . i am so devastated that a salon i've gone to for so long has treated me like this , it is very unprofessional , unreliable , & apathetic . small update / edit : i found a new salon with a lovely , gossip-free atmosphere & my hair turned out perfect . my point still stands however , the stress & general lack of communication / professionalism here is not worth it , especially now knowing that there are salons with talented stylists & less gossip / immaturity .
