Timeshare Compliance was a tremendous help in getting us out of our timeshare contract. They walked us through the process and put us in contact with a law firm that specializes in this and it was easy as pie. It took awhile but as does most legal things do, but Timeshare Compliance kept us up dated as to what was happening and who and what paperwork was going back and forth and the progress that was being made. They always answered the phone when I called and always had my updated file in a matter of seconds. I just spoke with James fromTime Share Compliance and felt I was right back in the sales office of the Timeshare I purchased. He start off sounding like he wanted to help and then it took a turn for the absolute worst. James told me I needed to research a company, which I had done. He told me I could not have researched the company I was referencing on the call or I wouldn't be saying some of the unpleasant things I was saying. This wan NOT true. However, I did go online and look at the reviews that Time Share Compliance had. For every 1 favorable response there were 3 very unfavorable ones which were recent, with in the last 3 weeks. This was soooo unfortunate given the facts that all that have timeshares they are trying to get out of the last thing they need is someone being rude and condescending. Follow James's suggestion and do your research and see what you think>
Don’t talk to this company. We literally just spoke with the senior analyst today and he was nothing but a jerk. He was very condescending. Also they mentioned that it will take 12-18 months or more to finalize everything. It cost 15K for their service. We asked if we will get the 15K back if our case for some reason do not go through, and he couldn’t answer that. Towards the end of the conversation as we had a lot of questions, we grew more suspicious with the analyst. That’s when he started becoming condescending towards us. Stay away! Im surprised there are a lot of good reviews since that is not what I experienced.
"Christian with Timeshare Compliance." Harassing me over texts will not get my business. Sending rude texts just because I'm not interested in their services. I've not done business with this company and never will if this is what they think being professional is. Extremely unprofessional!
The customer services reps are so rude. They call me everyday and hang up. I spoke with a customer service rep today. That got an mad at me and stated " OK keep wasting money then hung up. I called back to speck with someone. I explained my last interaction and that rep hung up. I wasn't yelling our using profanity. I don't know how this company has an A+ rating with the BBB. They have very nasty employees. I would NEVER give my money to a company that treats customers this way. I have been in sale for over 10 Year and I'm also a sales manager. My agents would be fired for talking to a customer the way they spoke to me. Let alone hanging up on a customer.
