Christian the cashier is honestly a god send! I moved from Idaho to San Antonio and had the worst drive of my life. My truck was robbed, my kayaks flew off my car among many other things and when I arrived to this gas station I only had cash on me. Christian was unable to break a $100 bill it was late at night and he very generously paid for my Gas as I would have ran out before the next gas station!! Thank you christian for saving me and being so incredibly kind!! I’m sending you’re $20 back to this address! You are an angel!
Cashier and manager are very rude. I was traveling from Houston with my dog small breed around 12lbs. It was around 100 degrees, so I took my dog in my arms just to go inside and pay for gas. The cashier, Kelsie, asked me to take my dog out and suggested to leave the window open and the AC on. I considered a security hazard, since even a slightly-open window invites car or dog theft. When I said that my intention was only pay gas very fast the cashier said that it will be easier if I leave my dog at home next time.
I'm that employee she's talking about, we kindly asked her to leave her dog outside due to the health code and store rules that you can not have any animal that is not a service animal in the store. This absolutely does not make us rude or mean we are simply doing our jobs so we don't get violated and shut down not to mention there is a restaurant in our building. Sorry everyone's got to follow laws rules and regulations!
My brother in law and my husband both went to buy some beer on 9/1/19 and the cashier didn't want to sell them beer. My husband had his passport with him where it showed all his information and she didnt want to take it, so my brother in law showed her his tourist Visa and she told both of them that she couldn't sell them beer if they didnt have a TX ID. They have never had any problems at any other store before only this one. We definitely will not be coming to this store or the McDonalds that's located in this store again!!!
Pets are not allowed in the store and the sign is posted on the door and it is a health code violations.
I don’t recommend stopping at this place. This uneducated guy with glasses working today didn’t even bother to say a single word and just gave a racist look. Please avoid this place.
