During our time in need as a family we needed a family to help us and that's what Titus did. They walked with us every step of the way through the hardest time in our lives. Never pushy and always there the staff at Titus was there to answer our questions and explain everything through each step of the process but then they went above and beyond after everything was done to reach out to me and my family to find out how we were doing. Thank you all at Titus funeral home for making our family your family in our darkest time.
On July 2, I tragically lost my 47 year old son to a self inflicted gun shot wound. Being in Indianapolis, I was at a loss as what to do. The detective handling the case suggested Titus. My exact words were, ‘Whatever’ I in shock. It was divine intervention. I was treated with grace, respect and kindness beyond measure. They supported my choices and understood my pain. The staff there is wonderful! My gratitude is immeasurable.
Titus funeral home exceeded all of our family's expectations. They were very professional, kind, compassionate and considerate.The initial set up pre-planning meeting went extremely well, all the material was presented in a friendly and efficient manner answering all of my questions.When they picked up mom I felt they were reverent in explaining things as they prepared her. Afterwards they provided her ashes as they said they would. Each encounter with Titus and the entire staff was professional and compassionate. Thank you all very much.
Thank you Cory, Tyler and Elizabeth for your kind words and comfort while guiding me through the process of cremating my mom. From the point of first contact you treated me like family, with hugs and texts just to check up on me. I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate group of people to provide a service of the most difficult kind.

Jayla's Flowers deliveried flowers here for grandma's funeral. The Titus team went above and beyond in helping to make everything comfortable, peaceful, and kid- friendly.
Titus was amazing the minute I made the call on a holiday even. They arranged for a meeting the next day and welcomed us the minute we walked through the door. Our situation seemed different than most because our son wasn't in Indiana. They made all the arrangements to get him back here and used a funeral home in NY much like them. Death is never what one wants to experience but especially when it's one of your kids. Titus listened to everything we had to say about our son and in creating his memorial book included everything that was important to me and our family and represented my son well. I would highly recommend Titus! Great staff that caterer to you!
Our family had a great experience with Titus. It was a difficult time for the family, and they did a phenomenal job at making the entire process as lovely as it could possibly be. They tailored everything from the service informational cards to the actual service itself directly around our mother/grandmother and all the things she loved. The staff was patient and kind while we made decisions and added any small details that we wanted. It made the entire experience feel like it was being handled by a close friend. They exceeded my expectations, and I know for certain that my mom was in good hands. They captured my mom’s essence in every detail and I am very thankful to them.
