I always love coming here! Today I found some great scores and was very pleased with my experience. Associates were friendly and helpful as always. Looking forward to my next trip!
I have had two very poor experiences with Greta at TJ Maxx. The first time I was returning an article clothing, she was rude to me about it - which I didn’t understand why. This happened a while back. My other experience happened just now. I was there to exchange a pair of shorts I bought the day prior for a larger size. My daughter was with my and crying because I didn’t let her pick out a toy. Greta told my daughter, she wasn’t allowed to cry. “We don’t cry here. Crying isn’t allowed at TJ Maxx.” Her demeanor was uninviting and rude. Like my shopping was interrupting her day. She was out of line - out of her lane- rude- and made an already difficult experience even harder and extremely awkward??? My experience yesterday with a younger girl, was very nice and she was so friendly!
Very clean and well organized store with a friendly staff. T.J. Maxx hosts a large selection of quality and name brand items at discounted prices along with a large selection of clearance items. An overall great shopping experience. Items are not guaranteed to be restocked, if you find something you like, buy it!
Very disappointing, go into a clothing store to find something nice. I think it's wrong to allow your dog to come in and start running up against the new clothes. Dogs are disgusting, they roll in and eat their own Feces. It's almost as bad as taking them into a grocery store. Just because you need your dog doesn't mean you need to be disrespectful of others.
One of my favorite places to shop. Good prices and a good selection. They have a lot of nice clothing and I really like their housewares dept and the snack section.
Halloween clearance and Christmas merchandise arriving. The store is packed with merchandise, alot of it is not appealing to me. Men's and women's coat selection dull. Men's apparel is really boring. The home bedding department als lacks pizzazz not much to choose from and bath now much better.
Love shopping here and the store always has a ton of merchandise which is nice. Just like every business, they are short staffed so dressing rooms are usually closed and the operating hours are shorter than usual. This isn't their fault with the understaffing and almost all of the employees are very friendly and working hard to keep things going. My only complaint is that the business hours are different when you get to the store than what is posted online. Currently, they close at 8pm during the week but online is advertised as 11pm. very misleading! There are 2 sets of different hours posted on the door. Really frustrating and wish they would update things for their shoppers but besides that, I love the shopping experience.
This location is just ok. I’ve found a few good things, but the contemporary designer section is almost non-existent with maaaaybe one or two new items per week. I always see women scoping out that rack, too, so I know it would be a smart business decision to ramp up the selection. The shoe section never seems to change either. I hope they start getting some better merchandise soon!
I don't usually review this type of store they all seem the same most of the time but I make an exception here because the staff are awesome. Everyone was friendly and happy. They all seem to like each other and like their jobs. That stood out to me. Not a common thing for retail work! Apart from that, this store had a good amount of inventory. A lot of other stores with the pandemic going on can barely keep their shelves stocked especially in UT where I live, but this store had plenty to look at.
The plus size selection is minimal at best. I asked where the plus size dresses were and an employee showed me one long tank top and said "This is it." During a different visit I looked through rows of straight sized clothes and "plus size" and found 1x as the biggest size in sweaters and 16 in pants.
