First time visiting for my daughter's boyfriends birthday. Simple online registration and reservations. Step by step instructions before arriving. Friendly staff and servers. Great food and drink options. Only issue we had was the scores and players turns were crossing. When we highlighted the current player, it would credit the next person. Scores and holes would change as well so we had to keep editing. All in all, we had a fun time.
Our visit to Topgolf was absolutely fantastic! From the incredible food to the attentive waitstaff, everything exceeded our expectations. As first-time golfers, we were thrilled with how easy it was to learn and follow the instructions on the screen. Despite the unfavorable weather, the heated cabins kept us warm and cozy throughout our game. We can't wait to return and explore the other games once we've mastered the basics. While it can be a bit pricey, the discounted days and hours make it more accessible. Topgolf is a must-visit destination for both golf enthusiasts and those seeking a fun-filled time with loved ones. Parking: Free Parking lot. Easy to park.
Your are in for an experience your first time visiting Top Golf. I found out my game was absolutely terrible however, I had a great time trying.Everyone had a good time with this unique experience. Pre-reserve online for up to 6 players per lane. High top tables and chairs are in each section. For 2 lanes pricing averages about $ 30.00 per person. You receive details leading up to your event and your designated lane numbers prior to arrival. Plenty of parking was available. Game time Touch kiosks and clubs available even kiddie ones were available. When you come for the first time, each person has to register to play at 5.00 pp which takes a bit of your 2 hours playing time. Bethany our server was an absolute rock star!! Thank you ever so much for your friendly down to earth personality, and superb service for our entire group. We ordered chips, Queso, Salsa, Wings. Our other table ordered chicken tenders and fries. Thx is also in order to manager Mark for taking care of one of my guests. You are appreciated. We had a great time.
Had a birthday celebration here. Staff was extremely pleasant and took very good care of our large party two bays. Food and drinks were great!Food: 5/5
It's so much more fun when you're able to participate! Last time I was at Topgolf, I had a broken ankle. I was on crutches & couldn't put any weight on my ankle, so I just sat there envying the heat lamps m, food, drinks, and good service. This trip, I was able to golf. Much more fun when golfing. The service and food weren't as good this time around, but I'd still recommend trying it out. An expensive way to spend a few hours, but a lot of fun and worth it on rare occasions. On the down side, the restroom doors are still VERY heavy. I couldn't open them when I was on crutches and I heard a little girl whose dad was outside waiting for her calling for him to open the door while I was still using the restroom and couldn't help. Not sure how anyone in a wheelchair or any other situation could open it - there is no automatic door option even on the main floor.
Our bay host was Ronnie and I want to start off by saying he was AWESOME. he was friendly prompt had our drinks ready before we even had to ask. His service was outstanding. I truly hope we have him again next time. We got the pretzel bites, queso, flat bread and shrimp and steak tacos they were all really good but the queso was my favorite! The BlackBerry Smash was ready good. We had a lot of fun playing and setting our own pace with the games. The bays are very clean I watched the gentlemen clean the bay next to our before allowing the next guest in he cleaned every single club and then sanitized it as well as wiping down every surface. It was spotless. I arrived a little early was promptly greeted by Ronnie who put in my initial order. He cleared every part of the check before running my card. The experience was really wonderful. To the people who complain about food or time I was a server for years these guys are really doing their best at no point wa any server just standing about. The runners presented every plate with gloves hands very clean very accommodating. We will absolutely be back again Vegetarian options: So many including a black bean burger sub Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options. Vegetarian options Kid-friendliness: They party next to us had two small kids Ronnie high fiver them and made them feel very welcome
This is my second time and it was one of the most disturbing experience ever. I went here with my husband and two kids. We order food and beers. The “ half black” his words the manager was completely disrespectful. We got seated went to the restroom. This manger who never seated introduced or said hello. Tells my husband he can have a beer because of my walk when I went to the ladies room . Little does he know I’m knock needed. I didn’t argue but also felt embarrassed, shocked and out of place as a black women. All these people seated drinking eating and I walk in with my family less than 10 minutes he is making the situation awkward. Everything is on camera. This is my second time and The same manager was rude judgmental and not welcoming. Completely unbelievable situation. I will be contacting corporate. Also shout out to the maintenance man who actually spoke said hello and had a conversation. Shame on the rest of the inconsistent employees who have no regard for customer service. The fact he said I’m half black guess what we don’t care. Also lied and said multiple customers complained. I did not engaged with any individuals outside of my family. When I return from the restroom my family and I was surrounded with this tess asm of people. It was embarrassing, my 8 year old son was so confused, the entire situation was awkward. The food arrived. I explained we were leaving. The manager says you won’t be charged for anything. As if they already knew they had pushed us out of the building. People of color be aware they are not accepting of you depending on the day time and manager. Shame top golf. We are not welcomed. At the end of the day we were not in the building for 15 min and these people chose to force us out of the building making us feel uncomfortable. All the people at the bar drinking, all the people, golfing drinking, and this manager is having issues and I was even served a glass of water. He needs additional training in customer service/ management/ profiling. Ps. The nachos looked so terrible when they arrived. What a disaster situation. I have traveled around the world and never gave any review with a one Star.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Shrimp tacos my friend and I ordered were raw. The waitress Anna was extremely rude and dismissive. She gaslit me and and my friend into thinking it was our fault and the shrimp was fine? Even though you can clearly tell the shrimp is gray and it isn’t even cooked. It was my friend’s birthday as well.
Food is great. Would recommend adding yourself to the wait list rather than making a reservation — you can’t extend the reservation beyond the 2 hours, but there’s no limit when you add yourself to the waitlist. Pretty expensive unless you have a larger group 4-6 people as the cost of the bay is the same no matter how many people are playing. Miss the old pricing when you payed for the number of balls and not by the hour.
Awesome Experience!! So much fun with a 2 hour game play able to play 3 games with 4 players. Our waitress- Blaze was so nice and kind and checked in on us multiple times. Good IPA too. Highly recommend to experience this!!
