My husband never had a good pair of shoes. I took him to Top shoes. I bought him two pairs. He wore one pair home. This morning, he put on the old pair to mow the lawn later. He suddenly realized the difference and on the new shoes and put all his old shoes in the bag we're dropping off for Helping Hands. Thank you Laci.
Excellent selection of shoes, boots, sandals, etc. All major brands. They use a digital scanner to evaluate your feet and make recommendations on fittings. Very knowledgeable and patient staff, even with a store full of people. This was about my sixth Tops Shoes visit/purchase and we are definitely satisfied customers. The only suggestion I have is they might add more seating.
I came in and was greeted immediately. I told the sales lady what i needed, she measured my feet then gave me multiple boots to choose from. Also got the coolest socks!! The staff was super friendly and willing to find what i needed.
Tops Shoes has a great selection and tremendous service. That said, I unfortunately had to return my shoes, a pair of Hokas, because due to their cradling design, they were blistering my arches. That's not Tops' fault at all, and I will return in the future, but for a different brand of shoes.
Always helpful. We made our way from store to store looking for shoes, and they were the store that finally had what we were looking for. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. They also have many good orthopedic options that don't necessarily have that orthopedic look.
After a number of delightful experiences here, we were there on May 12 in an attempt to get shoes for our uncle. We had bought them at Tops before. The man who "helped" us was curt and uncaring. We had the shoe we had purchased before and he went to see if it was in stock. Ten minutes later he returns to tell us it was not in stock. We asked him if there was anything else since our uncle suffers from arthritis and a partial foot amputation. He cut us off and told us he knew about that. He said Red Wing had house shoes and we asked if they had that size. His reply was he didn't know if they even had them in stock. We excused ourselves and went online to order the same shoe. Our family has spent close to $800 in the store but will not spend another dime there if they are going to treat us like this.
The signs drew me in with the brands that I prefer. The selection of styles and sizes, socks and more made me a huge fan. Great shop! I was just passing thru. I may make my way there in the future.
Wow!! I can’t remember the last time I had such personal service. As soon as I walked in and began to look around, a very nice, professional young man named Luke offered to help me. He asked me what type of shoe I needed. He measured my foot and had me stand on a pad that showed where I had the most weight on areas of my feet. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes that would match my needs and feet. He found the perfect fitting shoes for me. Now I feel like a new person walking.
Great selection of work boots/shoes and carried a huge variety of sizes. Has a very knowledgeable staff to help get you in the right shoe for your situation. Will only get my work boots here.
Bart Dickinson, the owner of this store, will absolutely rip you off. I purchased these shoes from his store in Benton, AR. I inquired about the return policy and was told I could wear them around the house and return them if they didn’t fit. When I returned to the store after 2 days and having worn these boots for 2 minutes in the kitchen I was told by Bart that they were too aggressively worn and would have to be donated. I really wanted to exchange them for a more expensive pair. Bart lost a family of repeat customers over $165. Rest in piece Mom & Pop customer service. That last photo is a pair of boots previously bought at Tops Shoes, actually worn aggressively Redwings, made in China. Our family and neighbors will not be buying boots or shoes from Tops Shoes. Buyer beware.
