~ Extreme Fitness Boot Camp - Specially designed for all fitness levels. Each workout focuses on pushing you outside your comfort zone. Experience real results in only 4 weeks! Whether you are looking for a weight loss exercise program or just to kick start your fitness routine, our boot camp program can help you reach your goals!
~ Tabata Weight Loss Intervals - Burn more fat and reshape your body in less time in this Tabata based program. Tabata training is 4 minutes of intense interval/circuit training that leads to faster weight loss.
~ Senior Fit - This fitness program is for those who are new to exercise or are 50+ years young. Exercise include full range of motion, functional mobility and balance activities while standing and/or seated.
~ Yoga Level I/II - This is a combined level and transitional program for continuing students who have completed at least one series of Yoga 101. This class provides a bridge to more advanced work as well as an environment for those of varying abilities to practice in the same class. Focus on increased strengthening preparations and endurance as well as refined alignment.
~ XTF Circuit Training - Full body workout circuit including both body weight and resistance exercises designed for improved muscle stamina and fat loss. THis class will increase your cardio and strength.
~ Tae Kwon Do - Lose weight, feel great, relieve stress and learn self defense! Individual and family programs available. A family that kicks together sticks together - we have family classes in which members of your family can train together.
~ Personal Training - Personal training sessions with Kim McGuire, W.I.T.S. certified personal trainer ($35/half hour, $50/hour) Call to schedule your session now! Private and semi-private yoga instruction available on request - $60 per hour.
