Came in to return a bra and use my rewards coupons. Both employees working were extremely helpful even though I was clueless about what the coupons would actually work for and the store was busy. Great customer service!
I walked in told them what look I wanted and Alyssa and other associates were so nice and friendly, got me a sexy new wardrobe for myself!! I will definitely be comong back!!
I always have a great experience at this store. Today I was assisted by Sara Kate and her colleague. They were super friendly, suggested items and just made my experience here worth the 40 minute drive. I shall return soon!
I came into this location earlier today and was not greeted at all or even asked if I needed any assistance, and I know the ladies in front seen me walk by numerous times. Anyways a lot of the clothes mainly dresses I was interested in seeing were too small. I expected a little more from a plus size boutique. Oh well I’ll just shop Torrid online for now!
Everytime I go to this store I'm reminded of why I do all of my shopping at Torrid online. The clerks aren't helpful at all, I feel like I'm being watched constantly, and they only carry the smallest sizes in literally EVERYTHING. There was not a single dress in my size in the store. They always offer to order what you need not this time, this time they didn't offer to help in any way, but if I wanted to do that I wouldn't have gone to the store in the first place. I'm used to leaving other stores frustrated and in tears because nothing fits, but it shouldn't happen at a store that's meant for plus size women. Needless to say, I won't be back.
Literally the sales lady was negative help. I asked about bra options she stood at the counter with her arms crossed not even helping the other customer waiting there. Never asked to size me or what kind of bra I needed. Basically she just sucked the good air out of the store
Loved the different clothing styles and more hip items...skulls to be exact. Wasnt very impressed with the cost of hip clothing. Granted it was great to see items I liked a lot but when you see you can't afford them anyway kinda let's the wind out of your sails.
Absolutely my favorite place to shop! Well worth the price range. The clothes are excellent quality, comfortable, flattering, and most important of all —cute! Not like the plus sized section of any typical clothing store. The employees are so sweet and genuinely try to help you find something you feel great in. You can tell they really care and aren’t just trying to push sales. 10/10 recommend to any gal who wants to feel confident, stylish and comfortable.
I was very delighted to see all the beautiful clothes and sizes available for my daughter and I. Jennifer was VERY helpful and knowledgeable. She made shopping a pleasure for sure. I am a card holder and a forever customer. I recommend this store to all the thick girls. The clothes a absolutely beautiful!
The quality and fit are second to none. Torrid clothes last and hold up well under washing. The service at the Ashley Park location in Newnan is wonderful. They know their product and how to help find the right item in the right fit. They are encouraging but honest. Always a pleasant shopping experience.
