I came to this Visionworks location for the first time. I had a bad experience with another eye care place and figured I’d give them a shot since I was in the area. Although I didn’t purchase anything this visit, all my questions were answered and I was even given some helpful tips! Everyone at this location were so welcoming and extremely helpful. I wanted to give a special recognition to Ms. Tori and Mr. Eric as they were the workers who stood out to me the most. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helped with all the information that I needed plus their customer service was outstanding! I 100% recommend this location and I will be returning back thank you Visionworks in Newnan!
This place is horrible and not welcoming at all. The workers were fine, but there was one white dude that was passive aggressive. You can tell he has an underlying attitude and it's not good to have. During a phone call, he was rude to the person and he seemed glad that other people from previous appointments didn't show up. It's fine to not enjoy your job, but at least try to not make it obvious to customers. The employees lack important communication skills which would have made my experience better. I really enjoyed one lady though who was very kind and I thank her for that.
Very highly recommend to get your eyewear here! The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Lolita is the best! She even helped me pick out my frames. They are the best!
Everyone is so nice and helpful my whole family goes here now even the kids and they were just amazing! Dr was great for my son and myself and husband everyone in office was so nice and welcoming! Definitely recommend!
I’ve been to this location several times to get new prescriptions. I don’t keep coming back for any special reason other than I’m familiar with the process. Each visit is more or less the same, normal eye exam, and I deny the glaucomaair puff test. This time however, I was told I could not deny the test. No air puff, no exam, and no new prescription. For years now, this has never been an issue. While in the lobby, I called the new My Eyelab that just opened about 5 minutes away. I asked if I’d be able to complete my eye exam without the glaucoma test. To my delight they said it wouldn’t be a problem and set me an appointment within 15 minutes of my phone call. Easy peasy.
This was my first experience with Visionworks, and the team at this location was amazing! They are friendly and funny while remaining professional. They definitely made my visit enjoyable and I felt cared for and heard the entire time.
This last visit was the worst yet. I will not ever come back. Supervisors were rude and short. I was told 3-5 days and my contacts would be in. 5 days later I call and was told the system was down and they would order that day. 10 days later I call and this supervisor was so rude to me on the phone. She said “there’s no way you were told 3-5 days”. So basically saying I was lying. I still don’t have my contacts. It’s been 18 days since I came in with no call. I will start over at another place. Never going back to Vidonworks
Website advertised they took my wife's insurance. My wife wasted her lunch break on our only day off together only on arrival to be told that they don't actually accept her insurance. New patient intake protocols usually dictate that you validate the persons insurance will be accepted whether making an appointment over the phone, or website. This place is a clown show, and the 3 star rating really shows.
Was not informed ahead of time that this clinic is a telemedicine clinic, so no optometrist is on site. Did not find until back in room. Posed questions about dry eye and provider stated she “wasn’t sure, its hard to see on camera.” Was seen 30 minutes after appointment time and wasn’t spoken to in the lobby after my visit for 45 minutes. Spent right at two hours in facility to leave with a prescription for glasses and contacts, no trials provided. Intended on buying glasses and contacts, but will be purchasing elsewhere.
they gave me an eye exam, and i selected 2 beautiful frames and my sight is definitely much better now!
