The worst customer service experience. I walked in the store no one greeted me. I blew that off. As I walked around the store one Associate came and greeted a customer to see if she needed help. She looked at me and walked away. I saw that every time a white lady walked in the store the Associates would greet and talk to them. I am sorry but my money is also green and I was there to spend money. I will never go back to this store after the way I was treated. Just to put context I am a African American women who use to love Torrid but someone that respect me will get my money.
The staff was fantastic at helping me. They also had such a great selection and sales.
I had a wonderful experience shopping here. The sales lady who helped me was very nice and helped me pick out some bras. There's a good selection of clothes in this store so I was able to purchase a lot of new clothes.
Showed up today at 11:50 and the hours say they open at 11:00 today and nobody's here and the door is locked. Kind of frustrating because I made a 40 minute trip from Gainesville to go there and online it says they are open!
I can't express enough how great my experience was today! This is my favorite location! Everyone is so helpful! Lacey exceeded my expectations! She was so authentic, like shopping with a good friend!

I applaud the ladies who work at this Torrid store. My transgender daughter came in on Sunday to buy her first set of "girl clothes". The women working here were so lovely to her. Helping her find her size and suggesting styles to flatter her body type. Words cannot express how thankful I am to you for being so kind to my daughter. This was a huge moment for her, and you made it wonderful.
Torrid may want to update their opening times online or at least put them on the door. Online states the store opens at 11, but it was closed. I waited until 12 and it was still closed. The employees didn’t even have the common courtesy to let me know when they open. Not sure who the manager is but they hey may want to learn better business practices.
Love this Torrid! The ladies all know me by name and are super helpful!
I'm so beyond happy with this store and the workers there. I had gone to Macy's with my family looking for a dress to wear to a wedding, and couldn't find anything that fit me that didn't cost 100 dollars or more. My sister in law found this place for me, and there was SO much selection for me to choose from at really good prices. The associates were patient and helpful with me, a person that had never been into a plus sized clothing store. I managed to find a little black body con dress that looked really good on me. If you had told me I would be choosing a tight dress that morning before I went, I would have told you that you were insane. I will definitely be shopping with them again!
