Sandwich was all hot lettuce, meat and bread were both soggy. I was so hungry and I couldn't even eat it all. The pickle which I thought at least this should be good was old and soft ,so just think about that for second.
EDIT: actually all 3 were wrong, they did remake 2 of them which of course required a visit to the location. Thanks for trying to make it better. Just ordered 3 subs via Doordash, Italian, a special order bacon/roast beef with xt bacon and a Turkey bacon ranch. The Italian got all the pepper/salt/oil and vinegar that was to go on the roast beef, the roast beef has NO bacon and of course none of the oil and everything else it was to have. 2 out of 3 wrong
Always been great service. They are temporarily closed and moving locations. They will be in the old Krystals towards Sugar Hill by Home Goods. Sign says opening sometime in June.Food: 5/5
Diana the store manager is seriously the most unprofessional manager I’ve event encountered. I had a minor issue with their service and I decided to call in over a phone call vs talking out in the public there. As I asked her if I can get a minute of her time she responds “get to the point already” and when I responded back with how rude that was she pulled the “sir stop yelling at me I’m uncomfortable” card. I don’t think she’s mentally capable of being a manager. Corporate will get a call asap
I went in for the t mobile tuesday deal and they said they don't do that. I didn't buy that BS. I'll let corporate know. Update: corporate sent me a letter and a gift card which was very cool. I'm bumping the stars up, but for corporate only and not for the lazy people that work in the store.
I Often visit this location. Today was my last day, the service aren’t the same. The lady Hispanic employee was very, very rude and nasty all because I ask for alittle more onions. She has very bad customer service. She been rude to me on one other occasion as well this ain’t the first time. I hope the general manager make some changes asap.
30 minutes... still waiting for our food. Charged for an extra sandwich... Had to call supervisor to figure out how to give a refund... Total waste of my time. Total incompence...but hey, it's 2022, I'm used to it.
Food came out extremely quick, tasted great. Adam, one of the employees provided incredible service and was staying proactive throughout my time there. Great job.
Ordered 2 tuna subs for me and my daughter. They ran out. I still don't understand how restaurants run out of ingredients.
They never answer the phone after calling for 10 minutes and charge for things randomly. I also found a bug leg in my side pickle. I’m very mad. Their doordash is not up to date and you cannot add things like peppers and oil and vinegar and have to call but they DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. And I just found a black or brown hair in my food. I’m done with this place. Very disgusting.
