Wow, warning this thing feeds two 2 specially if you just ate dinner. Warm Apple dumpling. Oh, and they are not cheap. I realized that when my bill was more than $13 bucks!!! Several things you should also know. 1. By general rule don't go places that are "hiring" or that are training new scoopers. 2. This dish takes time to makes it's not fast. Twice as long if you order two . Yikes! Especially if it's 29 degrees outside. 3. Bring your own knife as they don't give you any help with the Apple. And the plastic spoon they give you is no help. Very yummy dish . Come at a price. Get it.
Great ice cream, nice employees and reasonable prices.
I bring my family to eat some ice cream and this guy Who took my order was so rude, I was asking some questions because my husband wanted to tried a different ice cream flavor he didn't even let him tried and and when he took our orders was being so rude I was about to leave but bc my kids were waiting for their ice cream I decide not to leave but I was really disappointed at the the service I will never come back to this store. Also they need to do better with the people the hired because they don't have experience with customer service.
I am a big fan of supermarket ice creams, but I have been on my IntéKai weight loss plan and have dropped alot of pounds. This was one of my indulgence days and I decided to get an ice cream sunday, and it was worth it. The service was wonderful, access was easy and the staff was covid cautious, helpful, patient and courteous. An indulgence day is more than the calories, it's also an opportunity for positive shared experiences, thanks Bruster's.
I love Bruster's ice cream, but this location was appalling. I went to use my $5 reward to purchase a regular white turtle waffle cone. I was asked to show the bar code. I did. She scanned it. I was asked how would I pay in cash or card. I said why. If I am using my reward? She says the register asked. I said cash. Then she tells me she only sees $3 reward on my account and not my $5 reward. I told her thank you, I will not purchase ice cream. Why the hassle? Bad service. Since the Pandemic, this location had closed for renovations. It's been a year and look like it has closed with a fence around the building and grass growing up around being "an eyesoar" in the area.
Sick and tired of ordering ice cream, paying for it, and then enjoying in a few minutes later? Do you enjoy good customer service or actually getting what your ordered? Well look no further! Here at the Bruster's near the Mall of Georgia they will turn those smiles upside down! Not chance your getting your ice cream in a timely fashion. Hit em up on a Saturday, 30 minute wait minimum. Real solid chance one of the NEW guys is going to screw it up once you finally get to the counter. 100% going to charge you an extra dollar fix it. Want to try the new flavors, don't worry, they won't have them yet! Makes it way easier. Save a buck or 10 and just swing through McDonald's. Equally as bad for you, fraction of the cost and time wasted!
I went to Bruster's in Buford the evening after the tropical storm Zeta to get a sundae for much needed comfort and was not happy about seeing a female and male employee not using gloves during a national pandemic. When I asked the male employee who was serving me if they were not required to wear gloves he replied "my boss said we do not have to wear gloves". Although I purchased the ice cream I did not feel comfortable eating the ice cream. It is grossly irresponsible to not wear a mask or gloves while serving patrons during a pandemic! I ended up going to Bruster's Alpharetta where they automatically were masked and gloved and I was happy to enjoy my ice cream!
It can be packed at times when the weather calls for it. This location is right next to the mall. The options of ice cream, milkshake, Sundays, etc are pretty much the same as it is at other Bruster's. The service and wait isn't too bad. The employees are nice and know for the most part what they are doing. You have a few seating options and by that I mean benches that surround the shop. A lot of people buy it to go though. Overall, it's not a bad place to get ice cream, price is right where it should be so you can't really complain too much.
Great service. Very polite girl waited on us. My family and I have never been to a Bruster's, so we weren't sure what we wanted. The young girl was very patient and gave my daughter a sample. Ice cream and cone were great. Sizes are big. We got small a and it was a lot. People were leaving with these huge brownie things.
The person serving me was nice but charging so much. Other locations have 50 to 75 CENTS, key word cents, for extra topping but this one was so overpriced. They charged a dollar-fifty for m&ms. When I ordered the ice cream, there was barely anything in there. The scoops were really small and very sparse toppings. I would give zero stars if I could. Save your time and money and go to a different location. One that actually gives a decent amount of ice cream. I’m never coming here again.
