Dr. Rockhill is one of the worst doctors I've ever had. She has delivered two of my three children. The first time she delivered my daughter there were many complications including my daughter having 2 continuous brain bleeds after birth, because she was pulled out by forceps then she did not document the complications that I went through while birthing her ,before finding this out I found out I was pregnant again and went back to her this time was even worse. She induced me too early causing me and my son to lose oxygen are heart rate dropped and our blood pressure dropped after that I wanted to get my tubes tied so we set up my 6 week appointment to do so. I called and left messages after her having a nurse call me to reschedule my appointment just to get no response and no feedback on what was going on and when my appointment would be rescheduled to. it's been over a month and I had to call today just to find out that she discharged me for no reason whatsoever she is one of the worst doctors I've ever met in my entire life she does not bond with her patients and she does not care about her mistakes.
Dr. Rockhill and her staff are wonderful! Dr. Rockhill takes her time with you and is very thorough. She takes time to answer all of your questions and concerns. If you are pregnant, she makes sure that you and your baby are both very well taken care of and runs all the tests needed to make sure both mom and baby are healthy. She has the most amazing staff that will take great care of you as well. I had Dr. Rockhill's personal cell phone number as well as her nurse and office manager's number just in case I needed anything after hours. I had an amazing experience delivering my little boy because of Dr. Rockhill. After he was born, her nurses came to see me and brought my little boy a sweet present of the cutest little outfits. If you choose Dr. Rockhill as your doctor you will not regret it. Her and her staff make you feel like family! Sincerely, Crystal Dyer
Being a physician, I have always found it difficult to choose a dr for my self and family. When I scheduled apt with dr Rockhilll, I had another backup just incase. Needless to say I'm more than satisfied. Dr Rockhilll and her staff specially her office manager Emily, are beyond awesome. They have been so understanding of my schedule and work with me to be seen and for labs. I hate to be a bother but they make me feel like a family member. Dr Rockhilll has a great amount of knowledge and spends quality time with her patients , she has excellent bed side manners and I was so comfortable talking to her. I highly recommend her!
Dr Rochill was amazing with the care and birth of my son. Before him a had complications with past pregnancies that resulted in a loss. She not only found the reason why but took preventative measures for my son who is now 12 yrs old and is very healthy from the beginning. I was truly blessed she was my doctor.
Once I have my baby I'm not going back. I will follow up with a dr In Dallas because I'm 18 pregnant with my first child and because I just moved to the area I'm already 30 weeks. Today was my second appt there and the first one I only spoke with the nurses and they were beyond nice. This time I went to actually meet rockhill and have a ultrasound done and it was so horrible. She asked me what I was having because she couldnt tell and I got one photo from my ultrasound and unless you were there and she told you what you were supposed to be looking at you cant tell. I felt like all my health concerns were pushed under the rug and now since I know I wont get another ultrasound I'm having to go pay to have some done in Hope's I get half decent photos of my baby. You dont get a choice in hospital, so I have to drive past one hospital to get to the one she delivers at. So I'm really upset with my visit today.
Let me just say I am a very very picky person and doctor Rockhill and all the nurses are so wonderful I been to this office now with both my boys and I wouldn’t change I wouldn’t have no other doctors because anytime I have a proctor question I can call and they get me in or I can text on Facebook and they tell me what to do no matter what time it is I became so close to everyone her it’s just like family like I can go in the back and leave my boys upfront with the nurse because I know they are in good hands I never had any problems with anyone or anything up here if anyone ask me who to go to I always so doctors Rockhill!!! They give you great advice and so upfront and honest
Great OBGYN and great staff! Went through them for 2 of my kids. C-section deliverys both withouy any issues. Dr. Rockhill is amazing. I refer many of my friends to her.
Dr Rockhill has been my Dr for years. Her office , nurses and herself are amazing. They truly care about their patients.
BEWARE.. I wish we would have looked at reviews before wasting our time. WORST experience EVER.. We are in tears..after WNJ OR referred us for a biopsy, our 1st appointment was 4 HRS behind, MOST difficult time. VERY DISORGANIZED, waited days for results, came for 2nd appointment to only find out that they failed to follow through with certain needed procedures after we waited 1 1/2 hours past our scheduled appointment to also be told that they had lost the previous biopsy samples and would have to do it all over... OMG!! seriously.. PLEASE... Use your own judgment but this seriously pains me and my family as we now start from ground 0 with a NEW DOCTOR and life threatening illness... this DR office is INCOMPETENT!
I called this place to schedule an emergency appt and they were so rude!! she didnt give any information. I was in pain and very discouraged by the way I was treated over the phone. If this website had -0 I will rate them that!! #dontmindcalling#worstservice
