I worked here for 8 years, I would recommend you do not get involved . It is similar to time share however you have 100% occupation for 8 months . Once you buy you are committed for life unless you want to sell your van for peanuts as a get out . Same as all other sites As an example I sold a caravan to a nice couple for £35k after 1 year they wanted out and lost approx. £20k. The site owners resold the van for a massive profit. The site is basic but nice however like all sites once you buy you are at the mercy of the owners if you want to get out of the contract,.unlike most sites Grey Tower does not have a fixed contract. They only renew annually. This is ok under normal circumstances however if the owners decide to sell the site you have absolutely no comeback if the new owners decide to evict you , Ideally this will never happen, but would you gamble on it,
I love this caravan park, if it's a peace & relaxing time you want then this is the caravan park for you and your family, no it doesn't have a clubhouse but there are pubs nearby, caravans aren't rented out so you get to know the friendly people around you & it's only a 1 minute walk to the beach.

Love this simplistic old fashioned site. Very peaceful, uncluttered and well located. No entertainment, bar or the like which is why it is a refreshing change from the big parks.
