Waited forever for cold food. Actually had us pull up and wait for cold food. I Was in a rush so I didn't go in for an exchange, I had already waited 15 min for ONE sandwich and it was cold. Will not return to this location. Two stars for a friendly attitude and getting the order of one chicken sandwich right.
The supervisor or manager here told me "I can't give everybody fresh hot chicken" I said I'm Not everybody I'm just one person, if I can't get fresh hot chicken then I don't want any of it, give me my money back.
Mega Play is a great time for adults & kids! We wish we had one in our town! The atmosphere is fun & friendly! Staff has always been polite & patient. Two thumbs up!! .... & #⃣
Let's be honest, their apolitical chicken sandwich is far superior to that one you can't even get on Sunday.
Good chicken recipe. The chicken is good no matter when I go. Customer service was terrible during the pandemic. I had to call and make a complaint. Not to Popeyes. I knew would go nowhere. I saw improvement afterwards. Since then the employees are more cc considerate about touching my chicken without gloves. When I reported the over crowding in the space near the cashier, from my car window. I got immediate results. It's ridiculous to see lots of employees working in a tight space. I know people jobs. The customer needs to know their food is being handled safely. Don't be afraid to report to the proper authorities, if you see something wrong. We are the consumers. We consume a lot of food good and bad! We pay money for the service food and bad! It's wrong to not speak up! Yes, i told the Popeyes manager, before I left the window my complaint. I want them to try give the best service they can provide and not be negligent or ignorant of what their employees are doing. The employee represents the Popeyes or any establishment. If the employee makes them look bad, it typically leads to loss of revenue. Unless the place is in a locale where nobody cares. The Popeyes I'm posting does seem to care. Go and see for yourself is the food handling safe. Not just go for the chicken.

Sometimes they've a great crew and everything is hot n fresh and better yet you even get an accurate order...other times it's a wrestling match to get your full/correct order and have it well prepared and fresh. Just wish this location had better consistency. I love Popeye's but I've found myself driving to Niles Michigan and avoiding the local one due to the lack of consistency. Hope they can get it right and keep the doors open
Service sucks but good is alright be ready for server with cobra head and attitude good luck to you
