Very friendly and great customer service. Employees are very knowledgeable of their products and give you their undivided attention. My salesperson Lou was very patient and provided all the options, and also offered his recommendations. I received a great price on a reclining love seat and reclining couch set. Features included cup holders, electronic outlets and USB in the center console, with a bonus light. Awesome features to say the least. In addition, I purchased the 5 year protection plan for a reasonably minimal cost. Basically, If they can't fix it, they will replace it. How can you beat that? I am very pleased with my purchase. If you are looking for a nice product at a great price, I recommend that you go see the guys at Town Furniture and Home Decor. Thanks again for the Great Deal !!!!!
This store has a GREAT selection of furniture, and on top of that, the owner and employees are SO nice! They even threw a Mother's Day raffle for a sectional sofa, bedroom set, and dining set for completely free. My fiancee won that raffle! We are VERY happy and grateful for this blessing. 5 stars. Whenever we need more furniture, this will definitely be the place we go. Thanks again! God bless
Love that Town Furniture has a lovely, diverse selection of quality furniture, rugs and accessories at extremely affordable prices. The owner and his staff are polite, courteous and focused on providing great customer service. If you don't see what you are looking for on the floor, they have numerous catalogs available and they will assist you in perusing them. I highly recommend Town Furniture for great shopping experience!
A friend told me about this store, I went there after I got my new house. I found an entire beautiful bedroom set and coffee table for my living room. They had so many options to choice from. Sunny was wonderful and patient on helping pick out exactly what I needed. I couldn't be happier with my new furniture. so glad I found this store!
Town furniture is a great company with a wonderful attentive staff, Sunny was great and diligent with providing excellent customer service and found exactly what I needed in my remodel . I would highly recommend them for all your furniture needs From the new couch to the end tables to our new mattress this place really is the best one stop shop in the area!
Best furniture store I’ve ever visited, the staff is extremely helpful and nice, not shadowing over you during your whole visit. The furniture is such nice quality but so much cheaper than Ashley and Kanes.. I bought an Ashley living room set at town furniture for less than what the actual Ashley furniture store was offering lol!! Sunny was very helpful as well

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about their products. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and helped the whole time I was there. Delivered very quickly and fast set up. Highly recommend Town furniture! I'll be a return customer for sure!
THEY WILL SCAM YOU SO LOOK AT YOUR INVOICE IN DETAIL Sunny was awesome to being with. Got me excited about actually getting a good night's rest and when purchasing my mattress and bed frame I THOUGHT I was getting .Not only was the bed frame NOT what I was shown and paid for the mattress was worse than what I originally had. When i went to look at the "invoice" it literally just said "Queen Matress" and the price. : Same with the bed frame, literally said "bed frame" and the price. Trusted this people and they ended up getting over on me. I'm a stressed out college student who just wanted a comfy mattress. Instead I got a brick for a mattress and 3months to pay it off to avoid the insane interest the credit agency they use puts on you. The Spanish lady who called me and asked how everything was seemed nice and seem apologetic when I told her how unhappy I was. Offered me $15 off if I gave them another try .Needless to say, I WILL NEVER be shopping here again. And I've already warned all my friends,family, neighbors you name it. Becareful with this place !
