The Town of Rochester Food Pantry is a community supported organization that provides emergency food help for families in the Town of Rochester, New York
Welcome to the Town of Rochester Food Pantry! Our mission is to provide emergency food, on an as-requested basis, to hungry families and individuals in the Town of Rochester, which consists of several small hamlets in the County of Ulster, New York State.
The Rochester Food Pantry is a non-profit organization run entirely by about 40 dedicated volunteers. The food pantry has been serving the food needs of those in the Town of Rochester for almost 25 years and is an equal opportunity provider. During 2016, the Food Pantry provided food sufficient for over 28,000 meals for nearly 2400 people belonging to 561 households. Within those households, about 40% are children and 7% are seniors.
