I came in looking for an item I saw was in stock online. They were doing remodeling so the items I needed were all in a cart. Instead of rifling through without asking I asked a manager if it was okay since they were just sitting while they waited to be put up. I would have been fine if the answer was no, but the manager chose to have an insanely rude tone and tell me "nice try." I intended to spend $100+ but now I won't be planning on coming back. Awful service multiple trips.

Can't beat their selection of toys. Love this store, their birthday program is awesome. Only complaint is that the aisles aren't wide enough and I wish the main aisles weren't lined with toys down the center. I always feel like I'm in someone's way. I love the nostalgic feeling of being in Toys R Us and always feel like a kid again.

Currently going out of business. Most electronics are sold out. Still a lot of toys, especially Disney products. Star wars figurines are still available. Most products are 40-60% off. Babies section is still receiving new merchandise each day. Extremely crowded as to be expected. Multiple products are already opened, toys taken out, barcodes missing, or in different sections without proper pricing.

If high prices are your thing then go ahead.  Although they are closing and prices are supposed to be going down. They say up to 30% off but that is only for a few things. Legos are only 5%.  Maybe they shouldn't have run all the smaller toy stores out of business. Karma is well you know

Get it while you can!  50% off on almost everything remaining in the store.  Still a fairly good selection of  toys including:. Barbie, Baby Alive, Trolls, Hot Wheels, some Marvel, some Star Wars, Paw Patrol, and lots of arts and craft type stuff.  A lot of big name stuff is sold out... Including ALL electronics.  But I was surprised at how much was left.  Good  hunting.

Christmas is the busiest time of year at TRU. I made a purchase and ssw it listed for cheaper somewhere else. I dreaded going back in to ask about a price match refund.  Jason, the Store Manager, was so courteous and friendly. The line started getting longer behind me and he treated each cuatomer with the same calm friendly demeanor. It was such a pleasant experience during a hectic time of year. Thank you!

Don’t buy anything from here. They sold broken pieces and would never return or exchange. I’m so disappointed. I understand they are final sale but customers expect them to work at least. They say they are on sale but the sale amount is very minimal.

I am sad Toys R Us is closing. It was just to hard for them to compete with the internet and big box stores. I took my grown children and grandchildren through the store one last time.

I had a crib and changing table shipped to this store. I have called the past 3 days, multiple times a day to ask if it arrived and to set up delivery. No one has answered the phone and after 5 minutes of ringing, the phone goes off the hook.

Decent prices and lots of selection. They will even price match Amazon, but only items sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Kids always have fun shopping for toys.
