The environment was conducive to learning, the staff are kind, helpful and Greet you with a smile. My instructor John had a wealth of real world experience that helped make sense to the Security + class. The staff provided extra training after class for topics that were difficult to understand. I learned so much and will be reviewing the readings prior to taking my exam, wonderful experience for my first IT class.
Do not take courses here if you are doing it virtually. They throw a lot of information at you all at once and expect you to remember everything. I spoke to the coordinator “John” about my struggles he ended up charging me for a class I didn’t finish. If you are more of a hands on leaner and don’t like siting and listening to someone speak for 4 hours please find something else. You also only get one 15 min break. Also if you have a basic knowledge of computer don’t waste your time taking A plus the information is redundant
CEH Bootcamp / Instructor - Rita - 2023 TrainACE is amazing, I highly recommend them for all your cyber training needs. The team at TrainACE is highly professional and have a wealth of knowledge. Their teach style is very student driven, and they break things down clearly with real life examples throughout the course. If you're nervous about your upcoming SEC+ or CEH exam go take the bootcamp with TrainACE.
TrainACE is an excellent resource for leveling up your IT and Cyber Security skills. I was provided with all the resources to learn the information required to pass my certification. Hope to use them again in the future.
Took the A+ & Network bootcamp back in 2018. Solid teacher and TrainAce gives you the opportunity for hands on work which is vital especially if you are new to the field. A few years later and I am still using the TrainAce books to brush up on information and practice the walkthroughs and labs.
Excellent training institution. Instructors are very knowledgeable of their course topics. Shaun is especially helpful in finding the right course and coordinating certification exam retakes.
I had the pleasure of enrolling in the CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ courses at TrainACE in Greenbelt, MD from 2017-2018. In all honesty, I can affirm that this is one of the best training centers in Maryland for IT. I spent years going through community college and university coursework in computers and never felt satisfied or helped much in my experience. Thankfully, TrainACE was a much more positive experience with its consistently high focus on quality instruction, small class sizes, and affordable pricing compared to other training centers I researched in the Baltimore-Washington corridor. The staff and instructors were always professional and courteous to me whether on the phone or in person in our business together--they have a genuine and sincere interest in the success of all of their students, in my opinion. Too often, education is only about sales and profit without any quality standards. I never felt like the "dollar" was TrainACE's sole goal because they cared about me as a person. They exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this facility to both career changers and experienced professionals alike in need of certifications. Most importantly, my completion of the training courses would not have happened without the staff and instructors. Mr. Rodney Walker, one of the Program Managers, was instrumental in my success at TrainACE. Over the months, Mr. Walker worked with me to arrange a payment plan for the courses because I had no financial assistance from a company. He helped me stay on course in my time at TrainACE and gave me good advice for starting my career in IT when I had no one really else to turn to for help. Mr. Walker has a passion for helping people and was always honest with me. Also, I cannot thank my instructors enough for helping me change my career direction. Ken, John, and Juan--possibly one the greatest instructors I ever had in my life--all helped prepare me for the IT world. Thank you TrainACE for your commitment to high quality education.
I recently attended ACE for a Microsoft Certification course. I can't say enough good things about this institution. First, their location is very friendly for anyone in DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia who may want to add to their career skills. They are located right off the Beltway and it couldn't be more convenient. I found their staff to be some of the most accommodating people that I have ever encountered. You are paying them to take a course at their facility but they never treat you as just another client. I felt like they were truly invested in my success and wanted to help me reach my career goals. They keep track of you and follow up even after your course is over to make sure you are fully satisfied with your experience. I've passed 2 of my 3 Microsoft Certification exams with flying colors and I am taking my third soon. ACE will prepare you for a career in IT and you will walk out of their facility feeling confident and inspired by your potential career opportunities. Thanks again ACE for all that you provided me. I was blown away by my experience.
The over experience at TrainACE was phenomenal from the classes to conversing with office personnel. As rehabilitation counselor, I came to TrainACE hoping to change my career path and I did just that!. I took the combined A+/Network+ course with an awesome professor Mr.O. His teaching methods, instructions, and labs were easy to follow and understand for technical and non-technical persons. As a result, I passed and received my A+ and Network + certifications and was able to change my career path. Thanks TrainACE!!!!
