I'm a stay at home mom that has been making cakes for all occasions for now over five years
Please be sure to give at least a one week notice for an order. Wedding cakes require at least 3 months notice so I can assure that I don't book anything else that weekend. I also need the details of wedding cakes no later than 6 weeks before the date. *Effective as of January 1, 2013, a 25% deposit must be made up front on all wedding cakes and specialty cakes over $100 in order to hold the date.*
Cake flavors available are:
Chocolate, Dark Chocolate Fudge, Vanilla, White, Marble, Lemon, Strawberry, Blueberry Pound, Hummingbird, Carrot, Red Velvet, Cinnamon Swirl, and Spice. (Hummingbird and Carrot contain nuts in cake and/or frosting. I will be happy to make additions to all cakes, such as nuts, sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc. If you would like these items added, $2 will be added on to the price of the cake.)
Fillings available are:
Vanilla, White, Chocolate, Chocolate Fudge, Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Cream Cheese, and Peanut Butter. (Fresh fruit, if in season, can be added to filling for $3 per layer.)
Cakes can be iced in buttercream or covered in fondant, a marshmallow dough that makes a smoother finish. All sculpted items are made from fondant or gumpaste.
Most cakes cost about $3 per serving; however, if lots of sculpting is involved or extra supplies (such as wooden boards) are needed, the cost per serving will go up. For wedding cakes, 2-tiered cakes start at $150, & 3-tiered cakes start at $200.
