Treehouse School of Fitness is a world class strength and conditional facility in Danvers, MA! We teach functional training and provide elite coaching, and we have been a registered CrossFit affiliate since 2006.
We promise to prepare you for group classes through one on one personal coaching. You will learn technique, safety and scaling until you and your coach feel you are ready for the next step. Only once you have demonstrated consistency, will you be introduced to intensity. Through personalized training, we will help you get leaner and stronger, as well as feel more positive and energetic. We are proud to house passionate coaches in a welcoming and motivational atmosphere, and we provide state-of-the-art facilities and a flexible schedule to meet you where you are at.
