Though we haven’t lived here long, my family enjoys calling Tree Park home. Move in was quick and easy- Alora and the office team are super helpful and friendly! They even got our kitties a welcome care package!! I’ve lived in several apartments and have never seen such hospitality! Our unit is perfect for us! We love all the storage in the bathroom, having an in-unit washer/dryer and a fireplace to enjoy once it gets colder! Our cats love all the windows and balcony!! The location is great- living so close to stores and the highway. The office is also great at communicating between service orders and projects within the complex. They definitely care about their residents! I could go on, but bottom line is- while no place is perfect, Tree Park is pretty perfect for us :
Good apartment complex to live and well maintained. The maintenance team works hard to make sure all my needs are met and that any issues are resolved quickly and diligently. Aldin especially is kind to the residents and is direct about what needs to be done and when it will get done. Never had any complaints about him and his team. Also the pool is beautiful. Always clean and not too busy. With the summer coming up I am ready to take a dip!
My boyfriend and I just moved in around 2 weeks ago. Alora gave us the tour back in May and we immediately stopped our apartment search. She was super informative, nice, and honest. The apartments have been great so far. Our maintenance request have been filled within a reasonable time.
I knew when I toured Tree Park last October that this was a good match for me. The apartment I live in is very clean. All of the appliances look brand new. The storage locker in the hallway is nice to have - that way I don’t have to clutter up my apartment. I like the fact that this is a gated community because it does make me feel safer. One of the most important aspects of living here is that I have never heard any banging or talking coming through the walls. Even walking through the hallways, I have never heard a sound coming from any apartment. The office staff is very good. Chelsea helped me thru the application process as I was struggling, Thanks to her it became a smooth transition. I think you will like Tree Park if move there.
I moved in to Tree Park recently and have had a great experience with all the staff, but Alora was such a blessing in my move in process. I have lived at Tree Park 2 different times. The staff is great! Maintenance requests get done quickly and efficiently! The grounds are beautiful along with the pool. Residents and neighbors have been really nice. Would recommend living here!
Alora is the best! We lost our home to a storm and she helped get us into a short term rental while it is rebuilt. She jumped through all the insurance crazy requirements while always being polite, calm and persistent. She always answers the phone or calls back quickly if I have to leave a message. She has a great sense of humor and has made this transition easier on our family. Thanks Alora! We appreciate you.
I've been living at Tree Park for several years now, and I have to say that the staff on site is incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the first day I moved in, they made sure that I felt right at home and that any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and professionally. Whether I'm picking up a package from the front office or just passing by, the staff always greets me with a smile and asks how my day is going. It's clear that they truly care about their residents and want to make sure that everyone has a positive living experience. Overall, I'm very impressed with the level of customer service I've received from the staff at Tree Park, and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a friendly and welcoming community."
I am going for about 2 years living at 600 buildings at Tree Park apartments. From the first day, I applied to live here, all the staff has been very attentive to us. They helped us make the transition from our house to the apartment quickly and smoothly. from the application, meet the requirements and be able to move quickly Starting with Sarah, Chelsea, Tammie, Nicole, the management, and all the maintenance staff. They are all great. I have never had to complain about this place. It's like everything. Nothing in life is perfect depends on you and your aptitude It is a quiet place to live, has good neighbors, good for parents with children, and above all pet friendly. What more can you ask?
The rent goes up each year without notice regardless of the appliances being outdated and the smartrent app never working, it’s apart of the overpriced community bundle. Parking is terrible and the parking lots aren’t well lit throughout the apartment. Even if you give a schedule that you are available for maintenance, they will not alert you to entering your home, I’ve asked to be there so I can make sure everything is checked properly but they never call, just barge in. I’ve had to seal cracks in the home myself, the air conditioning was not able to cool the apartment properly. We are near trees and they do not properly treat the grounds so bugs get into the apartment through those cracks as well.
