Do not use this practice. They do not listen to patients. Nothing was explained properly. Moreover, they treated knee pain as if the pain were still there and it was not. Because they treat everyone exactly the same way, I arrived with no pain and left crippled. 3 days later, I am still crippled and they have not offered anything other than going to their ‘walk’ in clinic. Find a practice that treats patients as individuals, that takes a detailed medical history, and that does not do ‘one size fits all’ treatment.

Consistently overbooked. I've been here 3 times and have waited 15, 30, and right now 60minutes and still counting. Incredibly frustrating. Especially given the time sensitive nature of my condition.

3:30 appointment, still waiting to see the doctor. Came in 25 mins early for the appointment. Seems like an carekess attitude.

Great facility and excellent staff.
