My items stayed clean and dry during my 8-month lease through fall, winter and spring. Pallets are available to keep items off the concrete floor if you are concerned about moisture. Customer service was excellent. I leased my unit while living in another state prior to relocating and the caretaker secured it with a company lock until I arrived in town. Prompt and professional communication by email from the manager. Competitive rental fees and prorated rental charges upon move out.

I rented from TRF Mini Storage for 4 years and i had a great experience. Units were secure, they stayed dry and i never had any issues with rodents or mice. The owners were accessible and easy to work with. I had a great experience and would recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable, clean, secure storage unit.

Clean and secure storage units.  Highly recommended!

Dirty,damp, and unsecure i would not recommend storing anything here!
