I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Drs. Theresa and Kennedy are so caring in their approach to improve their patients' health. Their staff specifically Denise and Jenna are friendly and helpful. Also, Kat gives an amazing massage!!
I love this place. Dr. Theresa and Dr. Kennedy are both incredible. They are super knowledgeable and are very invested in your wellness. They will definitely get you feeling better in no time.
In my opinion the best place for Chiropractic adjustments. I have used other Chiropractic doctors in the past, know how different and how better this one is. I have to mention Dr.Theresa in this practice she is awesome. When I met her first she said it would take 6 to 12 visits to cure. Took exactly 7 visits, the results were dramatic. Her commitment to cure, her approach to get rid of the issue is mind blowing. She dealt it as if it's her own problem. The masseurs are all awesome , each have their own way to do , they all did a good job. The one thing that's different compared to others is that they want to treat the problem and not have people as repeat visitors. The front office did a good job in scheduling and rescheduling with ease when required. When you arrive on time.thsre are not much delays, you are attended right away. The Exton location has late evening appointments, it worked out good for me. Variety of insurances are accepted here. I would recommend this place definitely for someone who needs chiropractic adjustments.
Andrew gave me a massage to help get out the knots in my back and it was perfect! He asked me where I needed it most and what kind of pressure I preferred, and checked again about halfway through to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend!
I am 30 weeks pregnant and started coming here for back pain and also to help align my back for delivery. Everyone there from the front desk staff, to Dr. Tracey to the massage therapists are super friendly and professional. I really enjoy this office and I will continue to come here for realignments even after delivery. I had a bad chiropractor experience a few years ago but Dr. Tracey really makes me feel like I am in good hands.. and most importantly the treatments make me feel better!
I have seen both Dr. Jessica Kennedy and Dr. Leigh Ann Jasinnas and have had amazing treatments from both. Everyone in their office is friendly and caring. They have both truly helped me and my husband! We thought we would need to shop around for a new chiropractor after relocating to the area and after our first visit we knew we didn't need to look any further!
I love coming here!!! Dr. Kennedy and her staff always do their best to ensure a quality appointment. I would deduct half a star because [with the building's dropped walls] it can get loud in there, so bring some earplugs.
I just switched here from another practice this week. Upon my first visit, I was simply AMAZED at the difference in the care I received there and the adjustment techniques used by both Dr. Leigh Ann & Dr. Kennedy compared to two other locations I had been to in the past for some time. Not all chiropractors are the same. The entire staff so far are extremely professional, timely, work hard and visibly have passion for what they do there. I came in with a horrible kink in my neck. In 3 sessions my only 3 sessions so far I am hooked! I really appreciate that I get great value for my dollar there. It is money well spent. They really work your body. My kink was removed finally today with just one last move where the doctor really worked it out. I actually high fived her I was so thrilled to just turn my head all the way.
Every time I leave Tri-County Chiropractic, I feel fabulous! Dr. Kennedy and staff are amazing professionals and although we've moved and it takes me 35 minutes to get to their office, it's well worth it and I wouldn't think of finding someone closer. I arrived at their practice suffering from sciatic nerve pain and lower back pain. The combination of stimulation, heat, massage and manipulation has done wonders for me and I have many days with no pain!
Dr. Kennedy is an exceptional chiropractor. She is thorough and comprehensive in her examination and diagnosis of patients. Not only does she practice traditional chiropractic manipulative therapy, but she also emphasizes modalities, exercises, and rehabilitation. Most importantly, her patients are impressed by this thoroughness in answering all of their questions and conveying complicated medical information in an easy to understand manner. I fully recommend Dr. Kennedy as a trusted and experienced chiropractor.
