I've recently moved into Tri-Par from upstate New York and love the place. People are great and the amenities are even greater. Plenty to do and lots of clubs and activities to partake in to keep you busy.
Few snippet rule thumpers lurking all over,but overall, great place!! Love it

If your white this is great place to live but if your of color there's a lot of racist people that live there! We were there visiting a couple days because of death in the family and 2 times we went to the pool both times residents of the park were rude, making comments and went to tell on us because we don't live rhere! But no one time were the other visitors swimming bothered! So if your not white beware! And I'm sorry but it's truth not to offend anyone!
Staying here for 7 mo. Very clean and we'll kept park with a beautiful 12 ft.deep Olympic size pool ,a nine hole miniature golf course, horse shoes, and shuffle board. There's a workout room with ping pong and another room with 2 pool tables.I guess best of all your only minutes from Siesta Key and lido beaches.
My grandparents lived on Rancho. Corner lot. Now my Aunt and uncle own the place. Some of my most favorite memories are from here. A top notch run retirement village. Shuffle board courts are the best. Shower before entering the pool or Joey will get points off!
Great place for people 55+. There is a private pool, hot tub, rec room, mini-golf course.. They also frequently have events for the residents. They are welcoming of familiar guests as well.
Came to visit a friend , not thinking at all about buying anything. Bought a home before we left for HOME been here 10 years we love it so many things to do something for everyone if you want to . Its now our home.
