The Team provides wilderness SAR and water-based recoveries for the Town of Waterford and greater tri-state area.
The Tri-State Emergency Team is an all-volunteer non-profit 501(c)3 organization that was formed in1958.
It is our mission to provide the citizens of the Village and Town of Waterford, NY, the greater Capital Region,NewYork State, Vermont and Western Massachusetts with properly trained and equipped rescuers in land-based Search and Rescue (SAR) operations and underwater rescues and recoveries.
