Absolutely love coming here, everyone is so friendly and so helpful! Couldn't ask for a better doctors office! They listen to my needs and they make sure they are on top of everything! And they get you appointments fast! If I can give them more stars I would!!
Wow, impressive primary team , EXCELLENT PROVIDER Dr. Fasenello, nurse Christian including Stuart. I have been a patient and my husband for years and our health is amazing as they monitor their patients with love and patience
Dr fazanello and his staff are bye far the best people I've ever seen.never any problem with getting in most times the next or same day if needed they truly care your not just a number to them.have recommended him to several people.great experience thank God there are drs who still care
Where to start? The appointment that I waited a month for was OVER an hour late. The receptionist was so rude and offered no help. Okay it’s fine, I understand they are busy. I work in healthcare too, I get it. The PA, Michael Smith, was extremely inattentive. He spoke maybe 3 sentences to me, and was more focused on his computer than my actual concerns. He wanted to run labs, but failed to mention that it’s not drawn in house, and I’d have to wait even longer at the ER next door. His “physical exam” if you even want to call it that, was listening to my breathing, checking my ears, and nothing else. He also sent me a referral to a poorly rated psychiatrist just for medication. It would’ve been nice to know he couldn’t prescribe it earlier on. I’ve always gotten my meds from my PCP, but okay. I think unless you are seeing Dr. Fasanello who is booked out for over a year please find someone else. I truly hate to leave a bad review, but this entire experience was just awful. I tried to stay positive, but I don’t want to come back here.
They are the best Primary Care practice in Buffalo! I’m so lucky to be a patient with Dr. Fasanello. Christian is the best nurse and Trinity is so lucky to have him. He is always taking care of everything that goes on behind the scene with respect to transferring records and communicating with patients. Thank you guys!
Huge thank you to Nikita Depronio, AGNP, who made a quick accurate diagnosis and got me to the correct specialist fast. Finally answers to the 1.5 years years of crippling pain. Surgery next week, I think you saved my life! Thank you
Best primary care office ever. Dr Fasanello has the best bedside manner. He is very thorough and you can tell he really cares about his patients. His nurse Christian always goes above and beyond to help coordinate the best care possible. Seriously the best office.
Great place to go. The staff is friendly and they really pay attention to all your medical needs.
6/28/22 UPDATE: After I posted my review below, Dr. Fasanello himself called me to apologize and make it right. He rescheduled me into his personal schedule and I was quite grateful for that since it was already full. I am now giving them 4 stars for their efforts to put me first. People can make mistakes, but the owned it and made it right, and I respect that. Thank you for reaching out to me. I will be staying with them. Original Review: I have seen a few physicians assistants as well as dr. Fasanello himself here over the years. I would call it a mixed a bag with some really great ones and some really terrible ones. Today was the absolute breaking point. I arrived to my appointment ON TIME at 3:15pm. However, I needed to update my insurance at the reception. I waited patiently as an elderly couple in front of me finished up their paperwork and needed help updating some things. This took them a bit of time. I finally got up to the desk and as the receptionist was putting in my info the provider came out to tell us that I had to be rescheduled DUE TO THE APPOINTMENT BEING 15 mins LATE. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!! I was there, checked in via the kiosk and waiting patiently for my turn to update what THEY needed from ME. AND I WAS PUNISHED FOR IT. I took off work just to be there! And no one would speak to me to get me checked in if it was really that urgent!
I've been a patient here for a while now. I was involved in an incident a few days ago that left me with anxiety, panic attacks, and unable to sleep. I called to be put on a different anti anxiety medication that I was on previously and was told that they don't prescribe that medication... It's a very common medication and I told the doctor that the one they had me on wasn't working and still they wouldn't prescribe me anything else they wouldn't even see me in the office.. Their best advice was to call my psych doctor which they book a month out... Thanks for nothing... I'll be switching my primary care.
