Pasties for All!
Direct or special orders are encouraged via email or phone, OR can be purchased frozen at select locations, like Jaworski's Market-- that will be announced by "Trixie" via Facebook, for the time being.
All pasties are handmade from locally sourced, organic, natural ingredients as seasonably available and possible (and no preservatives added). Featuring Jaworkski's Market quality meats, and other Midwestern producers, Troll Pasty Pies is always seeking regional produce vendors to work with. Pasties are prepared in the Market's commercial kitchen, baked and frozen. They keep beautifully and for best, fresh-baked results, they can be reheated directly from freezer or fridge (per package directions) in an oven about twenty minutes. Or if time is short, they can be microwaved from freezer or fridge in one to two minutes (depending on microwave power).

Pasties are available in three sizes:
Large (sandwich size)for $5.00;
X-Large (pie size to share) for $7.50;
and also "Pasty-tizers" for tailgates, special occasions--or to keep on hand for convenience (priced per order by the dozen).
We are now rolling out the dough for five fillings:
The "Yooper"-- Beloved pasty tradition from the U.P. of Michigan. Includes ground CAB (Certified Angus Beef), potato, rutabaga, carrot, onion spices and butter gravy.
The "Trollski"--Traditional Michiana Polish dinner in a pasty! Includes Jaworski's Polish sausage, kluski, potato, sauerkraut, green beans, onion, and chicken gravy.
The "Bavarian"--Pot Roast-Pasty style! Includes CAB (Certified Angus Beef) roast, potato, carrot, onion, celery, dill pickles and wine stock gravy.
("'Da Cheesehead" Series will feature Wisconsin cheese paired with seasonal favorites like Michigan Coney Dog, Buffalo Chicken, Bacon Cheeseburger Deluxe, Midwest Yooper Chili, Veggie Mac (meatless) and more...on monthly intervals.)
"Da Cheesehead" Series-- Buffalo Chicken-to-go! Includes Jaworski's/ Miller Amish Country Chicken, potato, onion, celery, chives, Aged Wisconsin Extra Sharp Cheddar, Neufchatel Cheese, Bleu Cheese and Ranch dressings, mild Wing-style sauce, garlic, spices...in an egg washed crust with flour, lard, butter, salt.
"Da Cheesehead" Series-- Bacon-Burger Biggie & Fries!
Jaworski's ground CAB (Certified Angus Beef) and bacon (Indiana Kitchen), baked potato, onion, Aged Wisconsin Extra Sharp Cheddar, Neufchatel cheese, handmade red sauce (stock, red wine, tomato paste), Midwest prepared mustards (Stanz; Plochman's): vinegar, mustard seed, salt, spices) & kosher dill pickles (Milwaukee's) parsley, garlic, Yoder's horseradish, turmeric, paprika, spices...stuffed in and egg-washed crust of flour, lard, butter and salt.
