Great meal! Clean, friendly and quality ingredients.
Nice atmosphere with fast and friendly service. Flat bread "Green Goddess" sandwiches are very tasty. The wraps are also good. Certainly this Cafe' is known for their Smoothies. I tried the low carbohydrate green smoothie sans sugar. It was ok however to be fair I'm not a huge smoothie fan. Tropical might make me into one. Great place to grab lunch and a change from the large corporate chain restaurants.
Very nice and clean. Great customer service, greeted me as soon as I walk in. Very patient as I looked over the menu.
Great fast food spot with healthy and delicious options. Awesome vegetarian meat too for anyone with that preference. I come here any time I want to be healthy, but don't want to make food myself. Also their wrap and smoothie combo is a fantastic deal!
I've ate here twice, a couple months ago and today. First time was a good experience but this time I got sick. I had the Caribbean jerk wrap and the mocha madness smoothie. I hate to say it because I enjoy this food chain but I genuinely think the food made me sick.
Great service, great healthy food, and friendly staff at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Great atmosphere. Staff answered my questions and even suggested a breakfast item, the peanut butter and banana crunch, that I'll be returning for soon! Try the Strawberry, Banana and Blackberry Smoothie. You can also build your own smoothie. Thanks!
Ugh. They put the multiple drinks in a carrier and then bag them. Then the drinks try to tip themselves over. They were sitting on my floorboard of my car which usually has pretty good stability. Look, either give me a double carrier or give them individually. Dumb.
I’m moving in a Uhaul from California to Michigan, decided to stop here for brunch. Such a great place for some food and smoothie that I think I like Des Moine! They have edible straws with their smoothies and veggie chicken if asked for. Very nice staff and food!
I'm always hesitant about places like this. I've been in twice now and love their smoothies. They're actually healthy and full of great nutrients. I'll keep coming back.
I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience tonight I felt obligated to write one. Our Door Dash driver forgot our food and only delivered our smoothies. The employees here took it upon themselves to remake our food and allow me to come in and pick up the food thirty minutes before close. When I said that this should be Door Dash’s responsibility to comp me the employee I spoke with insisted I allow them to refund me even though they had no obligation to. Your customer service went above and beyond all my expectations. I sincerely thank you. We will definitely be back.
