I’ve been going to this location for years mostly for its convenience being that it has a drive thru. I’ve had some bad experiences that weren’t handled very professionally and good experiences only because the gentlemen that works most days knows me at this point and makes conversation. I do not believe the owners value their customers needs if at any point they would lose money in the process. I’ve had smoothies made completely wrong and was not offered to be made a new/correct one and I’ve had some that weren’t blended well and couldn’t finish in fear of chipping a tooth on the frozen nuts that weren’t blended well enough. I now see that when you pay using a debit/credit card, they use some sort of device to extend the card reader out and the default option is to tip them. It was my first time not using the app and the employee stated to, “Just hit Green to approve” instead of explaining how to toggle down to NOT leave a tip. It is my understanding that a tip is not mandatory but to not explain it to the customers in hopes they miss it and leave a 15% worth of their purchase is mind boggling to me. The worst part is how you are treated after they realize you haven’t left a tip too. I will probably think twice before continuing to spend my money here as I feel very taken advantage of without ever feeling like the owners care enough to change.
Terrible service every time. VERY SLOW! You can pretty reliably count on having to give your order twice in the drive thru once at the speaker and then again when you finally get to the window. I'm fairly certain this is because they manipulate their in house time it takes to serve customer counter. The food is hit or miss, but based on past experience I won't be going there any time again soon
I've been here a few times and I suppose the only reason I have gone back is out of convenience. Today however will be my very last time. The smoothies are subpar to say the very least. Today I ordered a wrap, for the very first time ever I was asked if I wanted extra chicken, now I see why and this is not exaggerated I literally had 3 small cubed pieces of chicken in my entire wrap.. This was the final straw. I NEVER WISH any bad on any company especially small business owners but I will be glad when this place closes down and it's only a matter of time. I will happily drive to the Tropical smoothie a couple miles further to avoid this place yourself the favor and avoid the trouble.
Probably one of the slowest tropical smoothies I’ve been too especially there drive through you already know if there’s a car or two in the drive-through it’s probably gonna take 15-25 minutes to get to the window and the best sandwich was takin away the tropical chicken salad miss it
I ordered the new Hawaiian Chicken Wrap.Horrible!!!!! The wrap was so hard you needed a knife to cut it but you couldn't chew it. Also I ordered extra chicken, it didnt happen. The sweet potato side, was cold and no taste. I dont think I will be going back there any time soon.
Tried the new green goddess with herb shrimp Flatbread, OMG it was superb. I can do healthy, but anything with green goddess just seemed TOO healthy. But I tried it cause it had shrimp, and I'm glad I did it was amazing. And i WILL DEFINITELY order again. It should be something that stays on the menu, not temporary
A lady who worked there was rude seemed almost racist towards my husband. Refused to help him and instead had someone else assist him. Then she made his smoothie and instead of calling out his name just said, "Here!". The only good thing about this store is it has a drive thru and the smoothies are good.
after this strawberry epidemic it was very worrying to get a strawberry smoothie which is my favorite. I was told they never had an issue with strawberry hepatitis outbreak. So I got one. Overall great food good smoothie. Not giving 5 stars because their drive-thru speaker they can barely hear me so I had to drive up and tell them my order after telling them five times through the speaker
DON'T GET THE "ORANGE GINGER GLOW" this smoothie is absolutely awful and tastes like salad dressing or something, took it back and they gave us a different one with no problem so that's good. I guess if you for some reason you have a ton of salad and no dressing this would be a viable option. To be fair it's very good as a carrot ginger vinnegrette, but not a good smoothie. The new smoothie was great and we typically have no problems
The smoothies are always good, though.. Shame!! Shame!! There are no barriers to protect your employees from customers! The employees wear masks, but we still have to remain at least 6' away to be safe.
