Food and service were good. The floors were slick from someone using the same mop on the dining area as they do in the kitchen. More tables in the dining area would be nice.Food: 5/5
This is honestly one of the worst Wendy's I have been to. In my last 3 visits my order has been wrong, including giving me the wrong order. They have basically gutted the inside so there are only about 5 tables to sit at and the entire staff is pretty incompetent.Food: 3/5
Wendy's Biggie Bag , or the 4 for $4, offers you a variety of food and drink without destroying your wallet. I enjoy the junior bacon cheeseburger, but I do not like American cheese. No worries, most Wendy's carry Asiago and Muenster Cheeses. I enjoy the chili, the baked potato with your choice of toppings, or the salads. Anything you choose will be good. Thank you, Wendy!
i normally don’t do reviews but i’m a local here and 6 times out of 10 i get my order wrong. i work in fast food myself and it’s really not that difficult to make a plain cheeseburger. just read the screen.
4 out of 5 of our burgers were wrong. The MANAGER instead of remaking, handed us a box with the missing meat in it for all 4 with attitude! Sorry but Wendy's is not assemble your own sandwich!!! Worst service ever!Service: 1/5
That will do it for me. The Ghost pepper chicken sandwich had rare chicken meat. Blech! Never much liked Wendy's but this was the final nail in the coffin. Also couldn't get the attention of workers, and sick of these damn Kiosks.Food: 1/5

I have only been to this Wendy’s two times. Both times they got my order completely wrong and the older lady at the window gets so offended when you want her to fix it. Not returning.Food: 2/5
This is the best Wendys in the area. The food is hot and fries are hot and crispy. Any other Wendys in Hampton is not worth the trip or money. I drive to Poquoson because the food and service is consistent and unmatched by any other Wendys in the area
