Rather expensive... Asked for a double blend and it's still so chunky I can't even get it through the straw.
Worst customer service ever! I’ve been waiting in the front of the register for 10 minutes and not one employee has acknowledged me, let alone taken my order. Finally, someone comes up to me and says, sorry…your just gonna have to wait. It’s not my fault or the 19 other people that were in the dining room and waiting for orders but you’re short staffed. And it’s probably not even the people that are working there’s fault, but it doesn’t give you the right to be rude. It doesn’t give you the right to not acknowledge the customers who are paying for your food and your drinks. Why would you ever go back to a place like this? No food or drink it’s worth this kind of a poor experience. Never be back.
worst tropical smoothie ever. every sip had ice chips to the point i had to chew even tho it’s a smoothie. the worst smoothie i ever had from here. never coming here ever again. the pictures below is what the bottom of my drink looked like. it was just mostly ice. it was barely blended and i could barely even get a sip.
I've been to many Tropical Smoothie locations, and this one is the worst, by far. Twice, I've purchased a smoothie that tasted flavorless, like colored water and ice. It would appear that they're skimping on ingredients in order to save on their own costs - 2 for 2 can't be a coincidence. Drive a little farther and visit a different location, as most others are pretty good.
Love the Detox Smoothie. It's not really sweet, but it has healthy ingredients .
First, I'm am calling the health department!They only get 1 star because I have to choose at least 1 to write a review. The kid making the food is messing with his hair then touching the food. When we mentioned to him to change his gloves he took his gloves off then messed with his hair shaking his dander all over someone's wrap. We walked out, and will not be back. He should have been wearing a hair net, nasty and disgusting!
it’s sad to see business’s like this do such a terrible job operating, I blame no one but the owner, always under staffed, place looks disgusting at all times, and worst service ever, call me if your interested in selling.
Used app to place order which was ready before I arrived. Friendly place. Drinks and food is fresh and tasty.
Over the past year I've ordered from this West Bloomfield location a few times and each time there's something wrong with my order. Today I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Club with special instructions through the app and they gave me a flatbread with only chicken on it.
Jan 18 Update: Went back a second time because I love punishment. This time the smoothie was smooth but tasteless. Dex 17: Taste great but nothing is worse than getting the smoothie too thick you can't drink it until way after you wanted it...
