Clean room, hot water. Housekeeping asked every day what we needed. Front office was extremely nice and helpful. Would love to stay here again.Rooms: 5/5

Has bed bugs! I didn't stay here, but a family member did and my kids stayed for 2hrs and came home covered in bites

Ms. Cynthia is amazing! My husband and I are usually very skeptical about renting rooms, we have a toy hauler so accommodations are not needed often, but for bike week 2021 we decided we were just going to get a room instead of pulling the camper, I spoke to Cynthia on the phone she assured me that she had a room and parking for our truck and trailer, upon arrival at motel Cynthia greeted us at the door, our room was ready and CLEAN! yes it may be a little dated, but honestly I'd rather be in a clean, friendly environment than a high price motel. Highly recommend if your looking for a clean room that is close to everything during bike week call and speak to Cynthia! For the price it is totally worth it, we will definitely stay here again.

For a motel we were not expecting much besides a comfortable room and place to stay for the night. Instead we got a room that: -We paid for a non smoking room and it was absolutely a smoking room. -The Smoke Detector was WRAPPED IN A BAG! -Had an AC unit that was off and thus the room was inhabitable. Furthermore, the unit was was struggling to even cool the small corner it was in. -Blankets were filthy and had cigarette holes/burn marks. -Bed is a 6” mattress on a metal frame. The moment we sat on the bed you could immediately feel the metal rails below. -Bathroom was in questionable condition at best. The above are few major bullet points I wanted to point out to anyone looking to stay here. Good luck dealing with the owners as well if you have any issues. Needless to say, we absolutely did not stay.

We came in for bike week spring 2019...while it is difficult to get a room last minute, Cynthia was able to make it work for us!!! The room was clean NO BUGS!!! Had a refrigerator, microwave and an air conditioning that worked great!!!! We had internet access so that I was able to do school assignments online done with no problem. The shower worked GREAT!!!! We had clean towels everyday! I could not have asked for more...the owners were extremely kind and we appreciate their hospitality!!!! We will be back although we will book ahead to make it easier on them and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a clean and quiet place to stay.

Tried to check in, nobody answered, I couldn’t even use the room. Hotel refused to refund my money.

This is the second room I've been put into that also has bed bugs in it. I literally had to spray my whole room down with bed bug spray and hopefully that will contain them until I can leave this place. They need to be shut down for just being so dirty. I have bed bug bites all on my arm and now on my face. I had to wash all of my clothes yesterday to have to do it all over again. The owner doesn't even care, she doesn't offer to take the price down, no money for having to spend my money to clean my stuff because they have bed bugs. I got bite up in room number 4 and now they are in room number 9. I now have more bites then yesterday on my body. I'm going to report this place to health department. This is not right at all. Got more pics to prove it.

Me and my wife are living in Palm Beach county and we are travel lovers and we like to taste different food flavors, also we enjoy to know new places in our neighbor and far to, for that reason  in that occasion we visited Tropizar Motel, where they have good price, good costumer service and quality, the staff is very nice and helpfully, in special the Indian couple, the place isn't fancy but is clean and organized with basic equipment, and you can do everything by the website. Trash room number 3 was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever been a part of. When I told the manager that the air conditioner in room three didn’t work she told me yes it did and when I told her that I was sweating just laying there she told me to come get my money back and never come backnot a problem
