I've never posted a bad review in my life, especially for a small business. As being a fellow small business owner myself, the experience I've had time after time at market house has been very disappointing. The employee's don't go out of their way to be helpful, including seeing me walk around the store with a handful of clothes waiting for a dressing room. Most recently I purchased a pair of jeans that ripped down the back as soon as I went to wear them. The same day I purchased them I reached out to the store hoping to get a replacement or a refund for the faulty pair. We have been communicating over instagram since May 28th they have "SEEN" 4 messages and have not responded. This issue is still not resolved. Horrible customer service.

My return arrived at Market House a month ago I have emailed and called several times. MH has been working during the past month but refuses to credit or even acknowledge my return. I have always loved this boutique but the customer service has become intolerable.

I called and said I was on my way from Hoover the other day to return some items that didn’t fit correctly on my only off day and the hours say they close at six I got there at 5:15 and they were closed. I wasted all that gas to get down there and return these why wasn’t I notified y’all were closing early when I called and spoke to an employee??

Your employee was not wearing a mask the entire time customers were in the store.
