Truckee Bagel Company Inc

Stopped here since it was on my way to Northstar and my god, this place is amazing. I've never been big on bagels, but I have tried them in numerous places in the bay area, but this place is by far the best I've ever tried. Everything is made on site, none of that ready made stuff. By far, the best breakfast I've had in awhile.

Most "bagels" west of New York City are merely doughnut shaped rolls. That includes those in California, North and South, although I still hold out hope that somewhere in So. Ca there is an authentic jewish bakery. These have the hard, glossy crust and dense interior that a true bagel should have.

Great bagels, nice and dense like other reviewers have mentioned. Breakfast sandwiches are excellent and priced well also. Good spot.

Best fresh bagels in town. Opens early, owner is awesome. Also have a location near Starbucks in the Gateway Center.

Good bagels are hard to come by but Truckee Bagel Company does a great job. Decent selection of bagels, smears and sandwiches.

Try the LOX and Gone Fishin' bagel sandwiches is AMAZING! Always stop here for breakfast before hit the snow.

We have been enjoying Truckee Bagel for Over 25 years Just wish they had a shop in Minden NV.

This is the better of the two locations. There's a large area to eat and popular amongst moms with little ones.
