I was on the fourth North floor every nurse I had went up beyond what they needed experience there was good. Second time out on the sixth floor. That's a well there 2 overwhelmed too busy but I prefer the fourth floor. The treatment I got was not looked into enough, went to the university Cleveland not too be treated at trumble hospital for this ever again,
Very clean facility. Easy parking. Superb gift shop. All the personnel were friendly and professional! Came down for a family member’s emergency surgery. The nurse kept us updated every 2 hours. He will be in recovery soon.
The old receptionist at the registration desk was crass and not very nice. As far as my procedure is concerned. The doctor wasn't properly prepared for the visit. He didn't even have the CT scans from my doctor to reference before the procedure. He did the right thing by stopping the procedure. The worst thing for me is, if there was better communication about what was found to begin with that brought me to your hospital I would have never been put through this extremely stressful procedure.
Started my day at an urgent care who referred me to Trumbull Regional ER. After seeing an RA, who ordered tests, I waited 3 hours for a Dr to come in and tell me the RA had left and ordered the wrong tests. He then ordered different tests and said he would provide pain medication. We waited another 3 hours for them to tell me nothing is wrong with me- even though I’ve been terrible pain for 2 days. Nurse came to give us discharge papers and said pain medication had been ordered 25 minutes prior even though it was promised 2 hours earlier and never administered. This hospital is a joke. Heading to Cleveland Clinic tomorrow to hopefully get some real answers. Save yourself the trouble and time and just go to Cleveland to begin with. I wish I would have.
I am not even sure where to start..................I have been to the ER twice in the last few months and once left AMA because we did not see anyone for three hours. No nurse....no doctor. I think I made the doctor mad because of my answers to his upserd comment to me. We will not even go with when I was admitted in Jan. That was a total nightmare. I would love for the CEO to reach out and call me. I have lots to say. EDIT: they have changed nothing. Come upstairs and talk to me while I am stuck in this place.
The staff and my doctor were very kind and compassionate. They seemed to all get a long well and love their jobs.
I’ll preface this with I’m a physician in practice for 12 years. My mom was diagnosed with Covid pneumonia and was denied the appropriate treatment by the TRMC and the infectious disease department. We had her transferred to a different hospital and within hours she was prescribed what she needs and deserves. I’m posting this as a warning to others in the community who may not know medical literature Please investigate and research for your loved ones.
If I could give it zero stars I certainly would. I was taken directly from wound care to the emergency room. I was in extreme pain, my leg felt like it was going to burn off. I sat and waited for them to take me back to a room for at least a half hour. After getting to the room, I again waited. They finally gave me morphine which didn't even lessen the pain. They took me for an ultrasound, drew a bunch of blood. I never got any of the results. I finally saw a Dr, who said he was going to do "some things". Next thing I know the nurse came in and said "I'm going to wrap you up and you can go home ". I was still in extreme pain and still under the influence of the morphine and they allowed me to drive myself home.
Waited 8 hours in the ER waiting room for a possible head concussion or head trauma. Today patient fainted and fell backwards and hit his head. Because the ER doesn't allow a family member to be a patients advocate and allow them into the ER with the patient a ct scan was not done after a head on, roll over car accident that happened 2weeks prior to this visit because the patient by the Grace of God walked away from this totalled car accident. The patient over age 18 was able to make this decision, remember what I said just happened. Ps waited 2 hours before the patient was taken back to be seen that night. Unfortunately we had to make the difficult decision to leave after 8 hours tonight without being seen. Disappointed and uncertainty can't even describe how feel. Lost trust.
I had a small procedure this week and couldn't have been happier with the entire care team. All were so friendly and attentive to ensuring my comfort and healing. This was my first procedure at this hospital and I was very impressed!
