Hands down better than CareNow, other minor emergency clinics and definitely extremely better than the ER. Doctors, nurses and office staff are extremely friendly and professional. The office building is the nicest I've seen and very comfortable. If you're sick, I would highly recommend Trusted ER. Top notch! I was able to get in immediately without having to call ahead or wait in the waiting room. Doctor introduced himself and everyone in the room upon entering and then got to work on me immediately without any waiting.
Came in with chest pains and shortness of breath. They immediately escorted me back into my room and started working on the problem. The nurses were so nice to me and my son. The doctor was very informative and asked a lot of good questions. They honestly took really good care of me. They also have free drinks and snacks for their customers which is very rare in an emergency room. So kudos to you ER of Texas, keep up the good work!
After Trusted ER I don’t think I can ever go back to a regular Emergency Room! The level of service and care at this facility is outstanding! Appearance: We actually thought we were in the wrong place because the entrance is almost like a luxury hotel. The receptionist greats you with a warm smile and there is coffee, drinks, and snacks. It was incredibly clean! When I say Clean I mean CLEAN. The room I was escorted too had the bed made up with a nice chair and throw blanket in the corner for if you had one person with you. The bathroom was beautiful I was taken aback by how clean and and nice the bathroom looked! Staff: Like I said above the first thing you are greeted with as soon as you walk through the door is a smile, same thing goes for when your leaving. You feel so welcomed and feel like your treated like family. They try to make you smile and laugh and actually spend time with you to get to the root of the issue instead of just taking a 1 minute look at you and then sending you home. The doctor was so thorough and asked the right questions to get answers that I wouldn’t have even thought to say. You could tell that they all genuinely wanted to make sure you went home safe and better. Everyone was very knowledgeable and you could trust they knew what they were doing! Extras: They had a whole candy bar which was amazing. Their coffee machine was awesome there were a variety of coffees, different flavored creamers, hot chocolate, and syrups. They also have a snack station when you come in as well. Last but not least I left with some actually nice socks, a blanket, and a goodie bag, and a shirt! I will be issuing the bag and things they gave me and make it my hospital/ ER bag since it is so spacious and but everything I need in there so I will be able to just easily grab the bag and go if I have to go to an ER or Hospital again. The receptionist also stated they can order a Uber Or Lyft if you can’t get to them. Overall this was the best experience I have ever had going to an Emergency Room! If this Trusted ER is near you I highly recommend you go there if you ever have any have to go to a ER! My clinical team of superhero’s on staff were: Dr. Clark I wish he could be my regular doctor he was so amazing and informative RN- Yaz and Brye made sure I was comfortable bringing hot blankets and checking on me Rad Tech- James impeccable bedside manner and Lorrie Front Desk- Mary and Lauren both so warm hearted Thank you again to everyone who made me feel welcomed and gave me a wonderful experience! Note: they do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Tricare!
What a difference they made! Firsthand account of what a better way to experience ER care!! I went in today after a scary episode when I almost passed out while driving. Dr. Castañeda, Leslie -NP, Trina and everyone took amazing care of me! They did all the testing I needed right there. Even gave me a warmed blanket so I could rest more comfortably while waiting for test results. They helped me feel relief immediately; gave me a thorough work up and discharged me with a great plan of care to follow. Thank you ER of Texas Hurst!!
Hello, first I would like to say that this place is super clean and organized. The entire staff was amazing during our visit yesterday afternoon. Brittany M. Our RN was great at getting our needs taken care of immediately. There was no waiting around. As soon as we came in we were attended to. Doctor Rogelio Castaneda was amazing! We are so thankful he was our doctor. He went out of his way to have a kind conversation with my husband and share some wisdom that he very well needed to hear. His kind heart was definitely a part of what made this visit great and we will definitely be back here for any needs we have.
Worst feeling I’ve ever had going to an ER for medical treatment. I HATE having to go to the er for anything but sometimes it’s necessary. Extremely high blood pressure due to unknown pain in lower abdomen, financial person comes in and says it’s 1200 upfront without insurance or they can not treat me! I was both embarrassed and outraged they treated me like I wanted something for free, rather in desperate need of help. This place shouldn’t call themselves an ER.
I can not express enough how amazing the complete staff is. The warm welcome, the amazing way they all work together, more like a family unit. It made me so confident under their care. I walked out wishing they were a primary care office lol. I hope to not have to go again for any pain or injury lol but trust if I get hurt definitely where I'll end up. God bless you guys!!!
Went here this morning for heart issues, and Dr. Meeder, my nurse Brittany, and even the radiologist were just incredibly nice to me the entire time. Having some heart troubles can be obviously a little worrisome, but their entire staff was incredibly sweet and really helped me remain calm and collected during all the tests. Everything was explained so thoroughly to me that I left with way more information than I have in previous circumstances. Definitely an incredible place to go when medical issues hit you out of the blue.
I came in today with a lot of pain. The doctor listened and acted very fast. He explained everything so well and took very good care of me. I give this place 10,000 stars if I could.
I saw Dr. Rogelio Castaneda for breathing difficulties last week. He ordered a Covid and flu test, both were negative. He ordered a chest x-ray and said it was normal. He performed a basic physical exam - listened to my lungs, looked in my ears, nose, and throat. He said he was going to treat me for allergies and bronchitis. Then, without asking a single question about my previous smoking history, or ordering any applicable tests to back up his claims, he went on to explain that I was paying the price for being a former smoker because I was experiencing the early onset of COPD. COPD?! With a normal chest X-ray and no spirometry, CT scan, lab work, or pulmonary function tests?? How can a trained medical physician make such a baseless claim with the limited information he had? Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating. I wish I had felt better at the time and had the energy to call him out on such a baseless and ridiculous claim. The nurses and facility are top notch. This clown is not. I will find a different urgent care clinic in the future if he is the physician on duty at the time I need care.
