I just finished my first week working out at Turbo fitness. It is the best workout and I can feel the difference already. I am committed to be fit this year and this is the place for me!! Scott and Julie are the best trainers - they make sure you are doing all the exercises correctly and are there to cheer you on. So glad I sign up!
I visit Florida monthly and Turbo is my go to for maintaining my fitness schedule. They were highly recommended by a couple of physicians I know and they were right. The WOD workout of the day is interesting and something everyone can do. Each exercise is modifiable for those just starting. Everyday the WOD is different so you have something to look forward to. The owners are very involved in the day to day progress of their clients. Its a pleasure to have such a great work out with the personal service that Scott & Julie provide. Also a good note for those who are not sure about a cross fit training or don't like class workouts, there is also the boot camp that is an individual workout that you can do at anytime during business hours.
Turbo Fitness the only place in town where you can get your day started burning those calories while the world sleeps. Glad I found Turbo Fitness and Scott and Julie were welcoming with open arms.
Scott and Julie are awesome!!Try it and You will not regret it one bit !!
