I normally come here to get cigarettes and all my basic necessities but I tried calling and they would pick up and hang up not say anything then when they answered they tell me to stop calling like it's not a convenience store. Will never go back

Horrendous management up to the district manager level. Takes advantage of the few hard working employees there. Manager can't even work a full shift, keep things stocked, or prepare fresh coffee/roller grill.

Good selection, great staff, Terrible parking layout.

Purchased 3 half gallons of iced coffee here. The expiration date on the bottles was for several weeks later, but when I got home and tried some they were completely spoiled. My husband tried some as well and spit it out immediately. I brought them back to the store and tried to return them on a Sunday afternoon and they said I had to call back and speak to the manager tomorrow. So Monday I call and speak to the manager who apologized, said no problem please bring them back and we will refund you. Aggravated I drive all the way back a third time to be told the employee on duty would not issue a refund even though she remembered me from the day before and I showed her the phone proving I called and spoke to a manager. So now I'm out $13 and a bunch of gas and have to try and argue with turkey hill corporate to get my money back or something. DO NOT PUR HASE PERISHABLE FOOD HERE. MAY BE ROTTEN AND THEY WILL STRING YOU ALONG AND REFUSE TO ISSUE A REFUND!

Inventory and customer service is a gamble. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's horrible. If get Youlanda at the register ...good luck. Gas pump screen always broken. Today I tried to be helpful by letting Youlanda know the size of drinks I got so she wouldn't need to struggle reading the cups only to be met with rudeness.

Not only was a store very dirty, but during the covid-19 epidemic face masks required, their employees all chose to wear their face masks just covering their mouth leaving their noses fully exposed. When I asked why their noses were left uncovered, they replied that they couldn't breathe, and said they didn't have to cover their noses. They got very belligerent just being asked about it. If you work somewhere and you have to wear a mask, like every other person that's an essential employee and still working, you should wear your mask correctly. They should be required to wear it appropriately or else they might as well not wear it at all. They are the role model for everybody else that comes in that store.

Three times in a period of 2 months I bought Ice Cream here. Every time, it was fluffy with ice crystals on top, and icee frozen solid on the bottom. After the first time, I complain to Turkey Hill Corporate offices. They refunded my money and said they would address the problem. But, I have bought Ice Cream twice since and got the same thawed-refrozen thing again.

The employees always have a smile and a good sense of humor--even when I can tell it's been a long day for them, they always have a smile for me. Struggling with depression, I have days where leaving my apartment is an impossible task, but when I have to suck it up and go out, they start my day off better than anywhere else can.

I love coming to this place but I keep having horrible experiences whenever the short black lady works and I promise I’m not racist everyone else there is really sweet but she always has an attitude and is extremely rude . I went in to ask for change for a dollar to put into the tire pressure machine and she rudely said no and waved her hand pointing to back up cuz she has other customers behind me . Every time she is just rude and I don’t think I’ll be coming back . I rather drive extra 2 or 3 min to the next location because she can’t be welcoming a single day she has worked .

By far the worst convenience store I've ever been in. Staff is nasty and rude no matter who is working. They advertise 5 cents off with ur card but u never get that deal cus the staff make up a poor excuse as to why it dosnt work. I called #800 to file a complaint they said I should be able to use my card with no problem and someone would call me within 3 days never received a call back and never went back...
