Büyükelçiliğimizin çalışma saatleri hafta içi 09.00-17:00 olup, şahsen müracaatlar 09:00 - 17:00 saatleri arasında yapılabilmektedir. Başkonsolosluğumuz şahsen başvuru saatleri dışında posta ile gönderilen işlemleri ve işlemlere ait yazışmaları yerine getirmektedir.

Konsolosluk işlemleri hakkında her türlü sorunuz için 7 gün 24 saat hizmet veren Konsolosluk Çağrı Merkezi'nin 1-888- 566 76 56 numaralı telefonunu arayabilirsiniz.

The working hours of the Embassy are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm through Monday to Friday. The timeframe for applications-in-person is from 09:00 am to 17:00 pm for consular issues. All inquires for visa issues and other consular affairs can also be answered by the Consular Call Center that can be reached at +1-888-566 76 56. The Call Center is operational 24 hours 7 days.

Büyükelçiliğimizin görev bölgesi, ''National Capital Region and Eastern Ontario'' (Kingston-Pembroke ekseninin doğusu), Kebek, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland ve Labrador ile Prince Edward Island Eyaletleri'nden oluşmaktadır.

Büyükelçiliğimiz bünyesinde Askeri Ataşelik, Ticaret Müşavirliği ve Ekonomi Müşavirliği bulunmaktadır.

The Embassy has been implementing its diplomatic duties and consular services throughout a jurisdiction area covering the National Capital Region and Eastern Ontario as well as Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador and Maritime provinces.

I had a great experience. Definitely improved a lot compared to my past experience. The young security guy was very polite. The officer who did my paperwork provided clear instructions and everyone I interacted with did their job quickly.
I applied for a visa through this embassy and consulate. The staff were helpful and they answered my questions over the phone every time I called them. I also truly appreciate them understanding my situation coming to them from another city.
This is the worst embassy that ever existed!! The worst people work in this place. Extremely rude staff! Very uneducated people staff very dirty and smelly even though the glass I have never in my life met such rude people never ever going to turkey if this is how all the Turkish people are. The women with big eyes and the fat guy are very very very rude I really hope they can see this and actually do something about their ugly attitude I feel bad for their families like if you hate your job so much go work somewhere else.
My experienced was very bad because the reason am non-Canadian passport holder and I applied for Turkish tourist visa for two weeks via online to Turkish ottawa Consultnt office I submitted application online after that I booked appointment I went there and given all documents including passport, insurance, hotel booking, bank statement etc all papers but they didn’t receive my back home passport I said if my visa approved then Do I need to come again to submit only for passport as am living in eastern side from Ottawa about 5 hours drive ? Why not receive it now in case if u refuse my visa then but unfortunately they didn’t receive my passport and said to me call after 3 weeks to given number then I said okay let’s try in that way well after 3 weeks I called the given number of consulate office Ottawa first they didn’t pick my call I tried almost more than 14 times in working hour about two hours then I waited more couple of days and called again on same number and the lady picked my call luckily but talk very rudely said to me wait a few seconds then I was on hold call and about waited almost more half an hour and the staff was talking and laughing which I could hear on phone but they were not talking to me about my visa status then I canceled my call and call back again then didn’t pick again next day I called back afternoon then one guy picked my call and said your visa is approved and come to submitt your passport well I said thanks to you for ur service which I waited a lot & next day I went there again to submit my passport and waited in the waiting room & their service was too stupid and At that time I wanted to go to toilet but the staff member said I can’t use toilet I said omg you guys don’t have any humanity I was so shocked and uncomfortable at that time to submit my passport and it was morning time I said can u stamp visa on my passport at the same day and collect it today is that possible & given me back today because I have to go back home it’s very hard to come to collect for passport again the lady said it’s very busy day so u can collect your passport next day by morning after that I came back home then next day I went there to consulate office to collect my passport when I went there the staff said wait for few minutes and I waited two hour and 30 minutes later the lady who was sitting on table last two hour just using her phone but didn’t give better and professional service to visitors. At the end I want to say to senior officers and ministry of foreign affairs of Turkey kindly improve your system first of all now every country has Evisa service why u don’t implement this update system and secondly give better and much much need to improve your staff in Ottawa and other countries where u have Turkish consulate offices. Do not apply visa online. they will do a fraud and charge you $119 USD $157CAD EXPRESS visa without your consent. you want to apply regular visa they will charge you more without your consent. get visa on arrival not online unless you wanna be a victim of fraud from Turkish embassy
The people that answer the phone are extremely rude , they don't let you finish your question or your request, they give you one answer at a time they were uncooperative, and not willing to comprehend the situation in a professional and respectful manner. Hung up without a resolution and I have had a unprofessional experience, and hope they can improve their service in the near future. I advised them that their online services were down every time they tell me to go on website , and I was told 'oh just wait till it starts working", which took many days to work.

A lady I spoke to was very rude.
I found it very dissappointing the way that I was served over there. I live in Montreal, it takes almost 3 hours to get there. These people don't give you the complete information, they give you one by one, I had to go and come back 3 times. Lady who gives the procedures is extremly rude and unpolite. These people seems to live in Canada for many years, it is very ridiculus to see that they are not even able to speak english at all.
