We love this practice! I have three children that go here and love everyone in this office. We have had poor experiences at other offices. Dr. Turner and his team always do a wonderful job. My daughter with Down Syndrome finally enjoys going to the dentist! My other two children, that used to be anxious about having dental work done, are always happy to go see Dr. Turner and his team.
This is the best office! Dr. Turner Is very knowledgeable and takes extreme care in ensuring the child is calm and comfortable while receiving services. He always allows parents to be with the child and explains everything thoroughly. The office staff is experienced, kind, and professional. We’ll never go to another office and are so thankful for Dr. Turner and his staff.
So pleased with Dr. Turner and his staff, they always have the childs best interest at heart. They are fair and even saved me money at our last visit with a more conservative treatment. Wouldn't trust my child with anyone else!
My 8 year old daughter came in for a tooth removal and has had cavities filled at this location with no problems in the past. However, Dr. Turner was obviously preoccupied with another issue in the office to notice that my daughter was in extreme pain as he tried to administer the local anesthetic. I had to tell him to stop because she was in tears and in severe pain. He went on to tell me sternly that I needed to get my daughter to stop moving around. She has never had an issue with this step in the process before, so something must have been wrong. Rather than empathize with my daughter's pain, he just abruptly walked out. I thanked his assistant who was very cordial and left with my daughter immediately. I canceled my other kids appointments. We will never support this establishment again nor will I recommend it to anyone who ask for a pediatric dentist office.
We always have a great experience! They take the time to explain the process to the kids and they are made to feel relaxed and stress free. Having a son with autism this is important and we always leave smiling!
My son has been going to Dr. Turner for 12 years and we have always been happy with the care he’s received there. The staff is welcoming, friendly and punctual.
There really are places that deserve more than five stars. This is a phenomenal pediatric dental practice! Everyone is very friendly and adaptable to how well your child does during the visit. The waiting room has a play area and some video games for older kids, along with books. And during the cleaning, kids are able to watch a show or movie. Dr. Turner and the staff are wonderful. Highly, highly recommended!
My 2 daughters have been patients of Dr. Turner for a few years now. My oldest had a dental emergency today at school at lunch time. I called the practice several times but no one ever picked up. I did leave a message. In an urgent need to advocate for my child, we showed up around 2pm at the office. The Doctor worked us in before the day ended. I trust Dr. Turner. Dr. Turner is dedicated to doing what is right for his pediatric patients. I appreciate the practice! We had an emergency dental situation occur at lunch, that caused pain and were able to be seen and repaired same day!
My daughter had a dental emergency and after calling multiple pediatric dentist offices and no one willing to help, I called doctor turners office and was greeted by Andrea, who was so sweet and showed so much concern for my daughter even though we had never been there before. This is the type of place that really cares and they show it. We will be taking our daughter here for all of her dental needs. Thank y’all for being there in our time of need!
The artwork in the lobby is great. Dr. Turner and his staff are personable and kind. Great explanations of procedures to put kids at ease. Appreciate the self pay and cash discounts.
