Went to see a mobile home fir sale. Very quiet neighborhood

Beautiful homes and people keep it maintained

My husband and I have lived here for almost 4 years now and I love it. The area is well maintained and clean and you are expected to keep your home presentable and in good shape. The people are also wonderful I haven't seen people getting together to talk about others like one reviewer claims. We have amazing neighbors they even fixed our gutter when it started falling down while I was in the hospital giving birth to our son and I am lucky enough to have both family and family friends living close. We can take out son for walks in his stroller and everybody you pass will stop and say hi. It almost feels like you are stepping back in time a little, to when it was safe to walk around even at night and know your neighbors are keeping a eye out for you.

Very nice homes are there in a quiet setting with great neighbors. Visited with a friend who was widowed last year. Inside the home is warm and cozy, this one has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Washer and dryer are included as was the stove and refrigerator. Area is clean of debris and this area is still close to churches, shopping, etc.

We were very blessed to have sold our other home very quickly and we were shown by our realtor another house that was for sale that was not buy her to be sold but she of course knows the market and it's at Tuscarora Village and let me tell you this place is clean there nobody bugs you people are very very nice and I'd like to get it like a potluck going on this spring so people could kind of meet each other and it's a pretty nice place to live nice and quiet

It's a pretty little community. Except when i want to visit my family there. A predominantly older white folks tend to frown and stare at ethnic minority family.

Very nice Manufactured homes. Well maintained area, where you can hire a gentleman who does a wonderful job at keeping your lawns beautiful. There are many nice and caring residents you can depend upon. Also, for a fee, your taxes and water bill are included. Linda, who is in charge, is truly an amazing lady.

Nosey neighbors always in everyone's bussiness.

Several people outside their homes, looked a little shady. Just saying.
