Troy is awesome. He mounted 3 tvs for us and he does flawless, clean work. Also, he is very polite and well mannered, punctual, and reliable. Really nice to talk to. We will absolutely be using him again and referring to all our friends!
We loved the work that Troy did to mount our flat screen TV above our fireplace. Not only does the TV look great, but all our cabling is now barely visible thanks to his suggestions and careful work. Troy also provided helpful suggestions for upgrading our speaker system down the road and saved us some money now. He patiently answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him.
Troy was excellent, he came and installed my TV, mantle and fire place within 24 hours. He was very professional excellent customer service. I had the Led lights installed as well. I totally Love my new mounted TV. I highly recommend Troy for all your audio visual needs.I will definitely use Troy again when I move into my new house.
Great work, great customer service and very reasonably priced! Troy was awesome! We recently purchased a home and were looking for someone to mount our TV’s professionally. We found Troys info online - we messaged him about pricing and he reached back out to us within hours. Scheduling was easy, he was flexible as we were as well. Troy mounted 4 TV’s in less than 3 hours and we couldn’t be happier with his work. If you’re in need of professional work that’s reasonably priced Troy is your guy!
Troy was excellent!!! He came out in April of 2018 and now that we own a new home we plan to have him hang all the TVs in The new place, we look forward to the quality service we received from Troy last year. Also, for anyone that may be wondering...We never had an issue with the mounts he provided nor the installation. 2020 Update: Well, we have more TVs to mount and of course Troy was our first thought...I reached out to him this morning and he will be here this afternoon to mount two more TVs!!! Same great pricing, and of course the same EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service.!
Troy was amazing. He was more then flexible with booking our appointment. When he got to house he was polite and was quick to install out 60' TV. He made sure to ask us what we wanted before he drilled holes in our walls. I already referred Troy to two other coworkers. I will definitely use him again when it's time to mount my bedroom TV. AMAZING!!! called on a Saturday afternoon and Julian came within 2 hours to hook up our new 70 in!!! He was so polite and quick! Will definitely be calling him back to hang up our other tvs . The price was great! #Joliet
Troy was very professional and did the job perfectly. He got my TV mounted on the corner of my living area in less than a half an hour. He did a great job and I am very satisfied with his work and would greatly recommend him.
Troy was really nice to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on height TV should go. I would most definitely recommend him and will be using him to mount my TV in my bedroom. Thanks for the great experience.
Troy was fantastic! I called him on a Tuesday and he was here on Thursday to hang two TVs. We had a lot of wires and weren’t sure how to handle them but he put them through the wall and made sure everything was up to code. It all looks really sleek now. We’re planning to have him back soon for a third tv. Highly recommend!
