Best place around for long-term stays. Karl is very helpful to RV newbies like myself. Monthly rentals only. No facilities which ensures people have nice, operational campers and motor homes. Quiet and secure.

This is a well kept and friendly little spot. Been through here a few times now, all the tenants are nice. And again, the grounds are kept very well...kudos.
Nice place is reasonably priced and a quite good neighborhood. Karl and Kevin are good landlords. The only thing I can say is the electric company has outrageous prices for service.
