5 Reasons why I am "twisted"
* I was born on the 13th and my initials were "BAD".
* Everyone is "twisted", but Christ can make us right.
* My specialty bread is a "twisted" Cardamom bread.
* My breads are made from a sweet sourdough starter to give it a slow rise, instead of the typical fast rise commercial yeast.
* I'm starting my business slow, instead of big and in debt.

Edit: Unfortunately, the noodles are no longer the same. They seem more like prepackaged, and the quantity provided are far lower. The dish is mainly just broth now, so unfortunately we won't come back until the quality is returned to previous standards. Chilled out atmosphere and wonderful hand pulled noodles. The hot and spicy beef ramen is the dish to get. It’s a local independent, so keep them as busy as we will!
Ordered to-go online. When I got there I was asked "To-Go?" I replied "Yes", she said "just a minute". I believe they started my order then... 15 minutes later I left with the wrong thing. Not chicken Rice noodle stir fry. Oh well, soup was good.Food: 5/5
Came in wanting some noodles and they didn't disappoint. The waitress has a hard time communicating but she is very nice and gets the job done. I tried the beef stir fry and oh my god! Best noodles I ever had! There is flavor throughout the dish and they gave me just enough to feel satisfied. If you want to go to a good ramen restaurant this is the place!
The noodles are homemade and fresh. I’ve done here a few times and I can say the beef ramen soup was my over all favorite. The drinks are also really good they have many options such as taro and strawberry. The place is small and can get very busy sometimes but the waitress will come to you as soon as possible. I recommend coming early so the you wouldn’t have to wait long, but over all the noodles, appetizers, and drinks are great!
So my wife and I decided to try something new and Twisted Noodles did not let us down. Everything is made from scratch even the egg rolls. If you want authentic this is the place to come to. It's a hidden gem. I can't believe all the people who pass by it don't stop to try it out. They will not disappoint. Vegetarian options: They have Vegetarian menu
Delicious hand-made noodles for the student's budget, perfect for a cold night! The wait is long but it's worth it because each bowl has to be hand made by the chef. You can see the artisan pulling noodles by hand right in front of you. This is common in China but here in the US, it's quite rare to find. All at a great price of 10.95. Get the lamb rice noodle soup! You won't be disappointed. The spicy beef noodle soup is good too. Each thpe of meat has a different soup base to go with it. Lamb soup is sour and umami. Beef is salty and spicy.
The spicy beef noodle soup was good. Lamb noodle stir fry and their equivalent of crab ragoon was just okay.
Culinary Esquire - The B/CS Food Critic FIRST IMPRESSION: While the place seems small and tucked away, don't be fooled. There were only 2 table tops available when we got to Twisted Noodle and no one was in the Subway next door. You can hear the homemade ramen noodles being twisted and slammed on the stainless steel counter which gives the place a more authentic vibe. COURTESY: No courtesy food items were provided but once you order, your food comes out really hot and fresh, made to order. For example, we walked in about 5:30 PM and were seated, had ordered appetizers and served our first cheese wontons by 5:37 PM. DRINKS: Canned drinks, Thai Ice Tea, Bubble Tea, Boba APPETIZER: We started off by ordering the cheese wontons and gyoza. The cheese wontons were crispy, hot, fresh and made to order. They had a wonderful color to them and weren't over cooked. The filling was tasty and we actually ordered another plate of them. The gyoza would have been good but this was a fail because we asked for it to be deep fried but were served pan fried instead. We would have liked the deep fried gyoza much better. The presentation of both of these was not impressive, rather plain and simplistic. MEAL: For the meal, we had the spicy beef ramen, sub shrimp for the beef and the veggie ramen stir fry no egg. Overall the presentation of the spicy ramen was good but some of the ingredients I would have liked to have seen in the ramen such as fish cake did not come with it. The broth was tasty but by far the best thing about Twisted Noodle was the homemade ramen noodles. The taste, thickness, consistency and texture of homemade ramen is just irreplaceable. We were very impressed with the homemade ramen noodles and haven't seen that anywhere else in B/CS. OVERALL: This is definitely the place to come for homemade ramen noodles. Other places we've been only had pre-packaged noodles and weren't able to do a ramen stir fry, only soup. During the time we were there, a number of people came and went...Subway on the other hand, still had no customers. We would definitely come back. 2* Atmosphere cramped and plain 5* Price worth it 5* Food taste, homemade ramen, freshness and made to order 4* Service server was nice but there was a language barrier so one of items was not prepared right 5* Critic's choice has been the only homemade ramen we've found in B/CS 21* OVERALL GAMBLE OUTCOME: WIN We always say that trying new places is like a gamble, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. This was definitely a win! ABOUT THIS RATING: To give our rating the most objective weight we use 5 areas to score the restaurant: atmosphere, price, food, service and critic's choice. The maximum score in each area is 5 stars for a possible total score of 25 stars. Because Google uses a 5 star rating system we then divide our total score by 5. Therefore, 21-25 stars = 5 stars 16-20 stars = 4 stars 11-15 stars = 3 stars 6-10 stars = 2 stars 1-5 stars = 1 star
This place has homemade noodles for the win! The hot and spicy beef had good flavor. The chicken ramen broth was a little weak but still good. The meat in both was a little dry but still tender. It was nice to get a full egg in each bowl of ramen. The gyoza were very good and had full flavor. We still had half of each serving left. They give you plenty of food.
So... good... if we were there earlierwe got there 30 min before closing time, sorry!! I would've got bowl of rice and devoured last drop of soup. I usually never like meat with tendons but they were soo tender. Be careful, spicy beef noodle doesn't look spicy but it definitely is!Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesCurbside pickup: No
